Heritage Truck Painting & Auto Collision

It is my pleasure to give my review for this wonderful company, Heritage Truck Painting & Auto Collision. I came across the website on Unilocal which says Heritage is full service repair for passenger, buses and trailers, so I wasn’t sure if they would be too busy to help me. I am so happy that I took a chance to go find out in person!
After being in an accident with a Hummer truck that took off my driver’s side view mirror, I had some decisions to make asap. I didn’t want to pay a fortune to replace the side view mirror and have my car in a shop for an unspecified amount of time, and I didn’t want to go to the junkyard. I didn’t have the time or the patience for either of those options. Since Heritage is a very convenient location from my job, I went during my lunch break. Fortunately, I met Adam who was so kind and willing to help me immediately. Adam took the time to call and locate a side view mirror, ordered it for me and called me 1 day later when it arrived to his store! I returned to his store during my lunch break, and Adam had the mirror installed «fresh out of the box» within 20 minutes! I can’t thank Adam and Heritage enough for saving me so much time and money, plus allowing me to keep my car.
Sometimes I’m not sure if I can find a business that won’t try to take advantage of a single female. It is still rare to find a company that is professional and provides excellent customer service, with care and patience that Adam at Heritage has shown me. Whether you have a business with buses, trailers, or even if you have a car, I can honestly say that Heritage is the place to go, and I will gladly come back in the future. I have already spread the word to my family members, and I am happy to share my great experience with everyone on Unilocal.

Heritage just painted our companies yellow Penske box truck white and we have been more that satisfied with the work. Carlos took care of us and hes been a pleasure to work with. He came out and gave us different options in an estimate working with our constrained budget. He was very professional at all times and went above and beyond with his customer service, even giving me a tour of the shop and showing the wide range of services. Our truck no longer looks like a penske fleet truck and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work.
We will definitely be calling Heritage in the future for any paint and body work and will be recommending them to others.

On 02/​27/​2012 I had a Ford painted and body work repaired at Heritage Track & Auto Collision. The manager of this company, Victor, promised to perform high quality work. Before the job was started Victor verbal promised a three years warranty on paint and labor .The job was to have the vehicle completely repainted in black and minimal body work had to be performed.
The job was completed 20 days and I had to come down and check the paint and body work on a rainy day which was February 27 2012. I had found many problems with the paint job but Victor said that I have warranty on the work and that they will fix these defects. Unfortunately because of the rainy dark weather I did not have a chance to see the many more defects in the paint and body work. Victor forced me to pay for this job because it was the end of the working day and he had to close the body shop and if my bus was not removed from the working area then I would be charged a storage fee. In addition the manager promised me a three years warranty on their work so I did not have a choice but to pay with my credit card the full amount of $ 3,000 dollars for the work without actually seeing the paint and body in detail.
Next day morning was a sunny day and I actually had the chance to see the paint and body work in detail. What I found just left me speechless, the quality of work was just horrific! I walked around the vehicle in shock looking at the ridiculous amounts of defects, some of them were: rough edges, orange peel, paint runs, paint drips, spots with too much paint, spots with not enough paint, and little specs of debris in the paint on all sides of the vehicle.
It was also visible that the body shop tried to sand the paint to remove the defects but failed miserably and left sanding marks all over the bus like front grill, headlights, side markers… I called the company back, Heritage Track & Auto Collision, and asked them to fix all of the defects but Victor, the manager, refused to do so and argued that it was quality work and there was no need for anything to be fixed. He said you got what you pay.
The reason for the complaint is because of the unspeakably poor quality of work and customer service. I recommend you NEVER take your body repairs or paint to Heritage Track & Auto Collision. All pictures with defects you can see online at

Someone had hit my car a few weeks ago, no major damage to my baby. This places was suggested by the people who hit me, and I thought to myself… why not, couldn’t hurt to get a estimate and go from there. Driving to this location, it seemed a little sketchy and questionable. The front of the place looks like a junk yard along with there neighboring businesses. Don’t let the look of the place fool you…
I took a deep breath and walked into the office and was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist, who I think is a sweetheart. Asked for Victor or Adam, and while waiting I had soon found out that this was a family business. Made me smile knowing that. Sitting in the office while looking at all the jobs they have done in the past I felt quite at ease that this place will do a great job to my car. Victor was first available to help me, and he was very nice and accommodating to my needs. They got my car done within a full day’s work and did a phenomenal job.
I would totally recommend this place for any body work, especially when you want to know they actually care about customer service and making sure quality is delivered with every job they do.
