My 4 dress shirts came back dirty and with a black substance sprinkled over the collars that smears. Not cheap either

I do NOT recommend anyone go here! After my mother just paid for one of my favorite jackets to be cleaned and it was completely destroyed! It was a white jacket with sliver bedding all around the jacket and what use to be silver is now a disgusting looking cooper. They ruined an EXPENSIVE pice of my clothing made us pay and they don’t care about what they’ve done. The worst part is it was a set so now I can’t wear the shorts to it either.

My fiancée comes here for all his dry cleaning needs. He brings the items I need to get dry cleaned as well. They are prompt in their service and they are super friendly when we come in. They are a small local business and we are happy to support.
The employees are happy to assess your needs. I brought in a dress that way dry clean only and I had accidentally placed it in the wash. They tried their best to clean the dress, but unfortunately it was not fixable. I wasn’t charged for their efforts.
What I like about this place is that they close later than other cleaners. They close at 7pm on weeknights. They are located in the little shopping center east of Target.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’ve been going to this place for a good while and this is the first time they have messed up! In cases like this I generally give the business the benefit of the doubt, and let it ride as it was their first time making a mistake. In this case that is not a possibility. It’s not the mistake you make most times, but how you choose to handle it and they failed horribly! I went here to drop off a dress shirt and a black pair of jeans. I requested them just to be cleaned, no chemicals as I’ve been doing that for years. I’m not sure what they did but my shirt was fine (no chemicals) but my pants were not. They used chemicals on my pants, my pants were beyond faded, and they were much, much smaller (very tight and they were flooding)!!! My pants were up to my ankles like I was getting ready for the flood. I called back to let them know what the case was and they stated since I didn’t call back in 3 days that they were not responsible. After explaining that I had no need to wear them until now (a couple weeks later) and that I’m just now noticing it she stated they were not going to go nothing. As she talking over me and yelling at me she stated to come into the store so she can show me how the machines work. I’m not sure how that would help as if I care. After being yelled at like a kid who just pissed their pants on their parents couch I ended the call. I know they changed owners but DAMN… the worse customer service ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE unless you are ready for a frustrating, shitty, and bothersome experience!

Very friendly people. They’ve done good work for us. I just took my wife’s down coat in to get the zipper replaced; I would have been happy to pay the big $ to have that done because my wife really likes the coat. But after it was there for two days, they called to say they had repaired the zipper, and there was no charge. Can’t beat that.

It’s a really nice place to have your cloths cleaned and they have good deals that lets you save money alot. It is also close to my house and they have nice customer service too.

Good service and nice people but they are a little on the pricey side. It’s 10 bucks to get a set of uniforms cleaned. They are just the closest place to my house so I keep going back. Turn around time is always 1 – 2 days. Not open on Sundays though.

As I live near the area, Golden Cleaner has been my go to dry cleaners over the last few years. So far, they haven’t done me wrong, although they have changed owners the last few years or so.
Get the frequent flier card if you can; Golden Cleaner is a bit pricy (I paid $ 9.75 to get my suit cleaned over the weekend).

I have had consistent problems with this place. The only reason I have gone back is because it’s close to my house. Last year the staff was horrid. They were rude. Now that new management has taken over, the staff is really nice. However the quality of work has gone down. There should be no reason that my shirts, that I have heavily starched wrinkle as soon as I sit or bend or whatever. They are not consistent with the way they work. I am going to start driving a little more for better quality. I suggest you do the same.

I am a regular customer and have been for several years. The newest set of owners seem much more conscientious than the other two families, although they were good as well.
The prices are a little steep but they have a frequent flier card that lets you get 20% off after 6 or 7 visits. I save my larger loads and alterations for that visit.
