By far the worse company ever you get what you pay for is an understatement. A drunk driver hit my vehicle while parked at home fled the scene police never found them and basically I’m left with paying off a car that I was still financing and a headache that lasted for over a month. workers are not sympathetic to your situation and move at a snails pace. I signed up for one type of coverage they said I had another make sure to always read the fine print and the tons of paper that they send out. Oh yeah and that recorded line that you sign up on they only use it for their benefit claim that they could not access my conversation with adding on a particular insurance that would have saved me and covered me a lot more

Jacky helped me yesterday. She made it a very easy process in which she compared different prices and policies. Only thing negative i can say, and this isn’t against freeway insurance or jacky, but insurance as a whole is a robbery. They charge to much and the government lets this happen. Jacky helped me out a lot though and so did Freeway insurance. Second time i went back to them cause everywhere else is too expensive.

My experience went pretty well, insurance isn’t anything fun to buy and just plain annoying but we all need to have it so I can’t complain about the service or price I received from Freeway. I just need cheap insurance, state minimum, just the basic, I got the lowest rate I could get with having a few tickets on my record. Overall I saved myself a solid $ 400 a year which is great but the four stars is for not having a solid plan for when I renew with them next year. Edgar who was great at his job informed me that my yearly plan would drop to 500 something if I don’t get any tickets within the next year… but…this is no documentation on that number. So I really hope next year when I renew with no tickets, the price of 5 something should stay the same… will we find out next year…

I went to get insurance last week agent Jacqueline helped me to save almost 60 dollars a month I saved a lot she gave me very good deal great customer service, she was very knowledgeable. I will highly recommend to go to her company I promise her this review since I love her service.

I went in for a policy and got quoted 198 down and 68 a month which was ok to cover myself and boyfriend for liability and uninsured motorists but we still wanted to explore our options. the following day we went back to actually sign up but then they asked for 323 down for 68 a month. Jacqueline was great in assisting in bringing down the price to 203 which is closer to the original quote but the fact that it changed more than 100 down in one day is ridiculous. the process and getting everything finalized was a breeze and again Jacqueline was very friendly and helpful which is why there’s even a 3^rd star. but one thing that has irritated me the most is the fact that it has only been 2 days since I signed the papers and I’ve received 4 or 5 calls from them since asking me if I’ve signed up for insurance –_​– overall it doesn’t seem like a very organized company and I will most likely be going elsewhere next year

And they won’t stop calling. Every other day I get calls from freeway asking me if I still need insurance.

This branch of freeway insurance is an excellent. Edgar and miss pao pao gave me an excelent service. They care about the customer needs. So sorry to Edgar he was trying to explain everything but i got miss conduct. Sorry Edgar you are the best agent ever gets. Also miss pao pao
