I absolutely had the best customer service when I walked into this store. Hannah, my sales associate was so helpful juggling more than 1 customer and going back and forth helping me pick out outfits for a «Boho «themed bachelorette weekend. I bought 3 dresses all under $ 100.00 each because of their additional 40% off deal on their sale items. Additionally, I decided to purchase their popular «vegan «tote and I’m loving it! This store is perfect especially if your style is «boho chic».

My sister drug me to this place because it’s her favorite place to purchase clothing. I think she was looking for me to help her out with her purchase as nothing here is inexpensive. We were going to lunch afterwards so I was sort of stuck. She really had a good time and I must say, the store was very organized. After she was finished in the dressing room, she came out with things draped over her arm and she gave me a kiss on the cheek. I knew what it meant. Out came my Visa and I said, «Merry Christmas» early. Ho Ho Ho. Lunch was on her that day!

This is a relatively large Free People. Most of the others that I have been to were on the smaller, «boutique» scale. There is a great selection of merchandise, and they even have a back room dedicated to one of a kind, beaded items. Many of these have been ordered online or returned, but so many were stunning.
The sales associate was incredibly helpful and put up with me trying numerous things on. She provided her opinions on some bralettes for the trapeze dresses.

Happy to see a Free People in San Diego! in my favorite mall! Happy clothes, so feminine, gypsy chic, flawless, perfect chunky yet delicate accessories… if only the prices were more affordable… I love the brand and everything in it and I found this store to be decorated and composed adorably, perfect color combinations, clothing selection, good customer service… one of those stores any coquettish woman wants to live in!

Hooray they’re finally here!
I’ve been to the location in Manhattan Beach and I am so glad that they have finally opened up 10 minutes away, it’s a good and bad thing.
The employees who work here are all so friendly and dress so well. There are so many options, the store is huge.
My fiancé came in to buy me a birthday gift and he said that the team was so kind and helped him find the perfect gift right away. That’s so nice of them, especially since I know he probably felt really awkward or confused. Thank you guys so much for helping him out I love my new Free People tops!

I was curious to check out the new store, so I stopped in after clocking out of work around 8:30 last Saturday evening. It is a very pretty store. Unfortunately, I received no greeting or customer service of any kind. I walked around for about 10 minutes, looking at prices and touching the products. I noticed a young woman playing with what looked like a smart phone by the registers. There was one other woman in a white off-​the-​shoulder blouse walking the floor, but I didn’t hear anyone attempting to engage with the 10 other guests in the store. Bad first impression for such a new store.

for some time and it’s so nice to have a store close by.
The store is a decent size and they have a good selection!
The employees are very attentive and helped me out a lot.
I do wish they sold sunglasses here, but they do not.
The store is still very new, so in time I’m sure they’ll stock the store with sunglasses.
I can’t wait to go back!
