Pretty bad even considering its a chain bagel place. The guys working here don’t want to be here, proof is in their behavior. The guy that took my order was impatient and lacked customer service skills. It was Monday morning and not even busy. My order was on the counter for a few minutes before my name was called. My sandwich was cut uneven. My cousins smear was not spread even close to being even and only on on side of the bagel. The one positive thing was the young lady that took payment was pleasant.

This is a pretty standard Einsteins Bagel. There’s always a line when I come here so the service is quick. I usually order a dozen bagels with the low fat schmear the honey almond schmear. Parking a tight directly out front you might need to park in the main parking lot and walk over. A big FYI: there’s also some homeless people who sit outside or change up positions up and down the plaza.

I love this place. I come in once a week to grab my favorite bagel sandwiche. Not only am I greeted by name but the prep guy Tony always makes my food before I reach the counter to order. There is never a wait. Talk about service and a great crew!

Pricey but well worth a toasted bagel! The cream cheese it so creamy. I had the cheddar jalapeño toasted with regular cream cheese. It melts in your mouth. The prices are a bit high but worth the $$$$$

The bagels were alright. Didn’t seem like anything spectacular. My main issue was the disarray in which my sandwich came. Toppings everywhere. I had to sit down and re assemble it before eating.

I’m so sorry to say but, today’s visit was not great. At least I’m not going on a band wagon and over exaggerating like most. Simply stating facts so they can be fixed and their customers can be happy. With that being said it was freezing and the restroom(woman’s) was disgusting. However the bagel and garden vegetable spread was delightful.

Really nice workers and awesome bagels. I was bummed they didn’t have the bagels I wanted but the guy was awesome and recommended some really good other ones and didn’t charge me extra for the premium ones since they didn’t have what I wanted

Coming from New England, Boston, home of the bagel to be specific, I can say I’m very happy to have found a new little haven away from home. Came in on the morning hours last week, Wednesday, and just had a simple breakfast bagel combo with OJ. They accommodated my desire to add avocado to the bacon egg n cheese layout of the bagel and it made the whole thing just deliciousness sliced, served, and devoured. The OJ tasted pretty fresh too! The best part was the quickness of service. The girl at the register was already attending someone, I was greeted as I approached the counter by a young man restocking the bagels, and soon after he finished doing so, he turned around and asked what he could get started for me. Awesome. I’ll definitely add this chain to me breakfast on the go options. Free wifi too? Heck yes.

We love love love this Einstein’s! Not only were they extremely flexible and kind when we were setting up a date and time for a donation pick up, they were helpful and sincerely intersted in the event and our cause when we went to pick up the donations. Thank you Einsteins for donating to our 2nd Annual Community Celebration that acknowledged the refugee and immigrant women who completed our programs! You all are awesome and keep on keepin’ on!

One of the better options for food in this area. I’m not a big fan of bagels or this style of business but they were there for this hung over starving guy. I went with a Italian chicken sandwich, potato salad and drink. The potato salad was bad. I couldn’t finish it. I recommend to go with chips or the fruit. The sandwich was good. On the small side for the price point, but the pesto and bread were impressive. They run a slow here, but the quality of food they serve was much better than anticipated. I like how they have a fairly extensive sandwich menu. I always prefer lunch over breakfast food.

Season coffee was delicious! I had the egg white, turkey sausage sandwich on a pumpkin bagel. Very tasty, but could have done without the cream cheese on it.

4 stars for food. 0 star for cleanliness. Food all over the floor. Had to wipe off table. Food stuck under the baskets they gave us with our food. Dirty!

Pretty much the worst EB I’ve ever been to. This place is filthy. Shit all over the place. No knives in the silverware section. Crumbs everywhere. Over flowing trash cans. Coffee taste like dirt. Ordered 2 tosted bagels with cream cheese. One was burnt and the other didn’t even look like ir went through the toaster. Will not return. Fuck off with the Crappy service, dirty facility, and poorly made bagels.

Had the worst string of luck with this EB location. The first disappointment was with the coffee order. There’s a universal understanding when it comes to iced coffee, and that is iced coffee is not the same brew as regular coffee. It has to be stronger because it’s about to be watered down with ice cubes. Well, I was pretty bummed when I ordered an iced coffee and was handed a cup of ice and sent over to the coffee machines. The coffee sucked appropriately. Next issue was the box of bagels I ordered. As I was walking to work, the top of the box came apart and that could have been catastrophic given the cargo. Turns out the rest of the box remained intact, but I then had to carry it under one arm(which wasn’t fun given the other stuff I had to carry). By this point I’m holding out hope that at LEAST the bagels would be the typical EB deliciousness. Well, for the most part there were no complaints, but the one I picked happened to be hard. Ugh. Because it’s EB, and I’ve had a lifelong experience of general goodness, I’ll be back for another spin. But it isn’t looking to promising after today.

This Einsteins was super clean and all the employees working on today’s shift were friendly and had smiles on their faces. The only thing that bummed me out a bit was that they were out of almost half the bagels, but I did go about an hour before closing so it’s understandable.

Disclaimer: Northeastern bagel snob. May appear needlessly nitpicky. I stopped in at around 8:30 on a Friday morning — not too much of a wait but the selection of available bagels was pretty paltry — no plain, no seasame, no poppyseed, no salt or egg or whatever. I heard them reassure the customer ahead of me that there would be more bagels coming out within the next 3 – 5 minutes so I opted to wait. And wait. And wait. There were a bunch of jalapeño and asiago and nacho(?!) bagels that came out(none of which were particularly lacking in the first place) but none of the more standard variety. Seemed like poor planning/organization on their part. Clearly these ones are going to run out first, and 8:30 is not particularly late in the breakfast game. I gave up and got an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. The creamcheese seems like whipped, which I’m cool with, but there wasn’t a whole lot on there. The flavor was fine, but the bread itself was just kind of chewy. No snap, no doughy fluffiness, just chewy. Meh. Even for under $ 3, it wasn’t really worth it.

I came to Einsteins to kill some time before heading over to an event I was attending. I ordered a iced green tea and a cinnamon twist stick. I asked the stick to be heated.( ) The green tea was refreshing and tasted great. The twist stick was perfect. It cinnamon flavor was spot on and bursting with flavor.( ) The white creamy sugar swirl around the stick was a nice touch. The texture inside the stick was similar to a croissant: butter, flaky, and also chewy.( ) The employees were very energetic and friendly. Even though the place was very busy, I received my items quite quickly. Great Einsteins location. Never thought a stick could taste so good.

Stopped before heading back to LA. Never been before. I’m a fan now. Tasty toasted bagels. Cream cheese on the side, yes. Fresh onion bagel, yes. Nice smooth coffee. Friendly staff. Nicely priced. Clean comfortable tables.
