I got a steal of a deal here! I found a Groupon & decided to try it. When I went to the store Kenneth took his time to really help me. He actually picked out the glasses I ended up buying. The price was unbeatable. I have very poor eyesight and my glasses usually look so thick that I only use as a back up. However, due to the material and great price I was able to get some beautiful Armani Exchanges for 3 times less than before and that’s when I HAD insurance! I still can’t believe how light and thin they came out! They use the best material that is lightweight & anti reflective. I have worn them out & get so many compliments too! The prices were so great my boyfriend ended up getting me a pair of Tori Burch sunglasses for a steal also! This was quite the treasure to find!

Came in through a deal but left out with so much more. I love my Michael kohrs gladses. Staff took their time fitted me and where extremely patient I’ll be back for a second pair soon. Glad I found and amazing eyewear place.

I stumbled into this place just to browse and it ended up being great! The best thing about this store is that it has a ton of selections to choose from, and they aren’t all behind glass so you can try them on without feeling like you have to ask someone to unlock a different door every time you see a pair you like! Also the sales person didn’t make me feel pressured at all about buying anything and he ended up finding me a great pair that I absolutely love! I will definitely come back here again for my next pair!

I went to get some glasses here recently and Christian was very helpful with showing me the various frames available and giving me options based on what I was looking for. They stock some of the more name brand items than you might be used to if you have been getting your glasses at Costco but I was glad I tried out the different frames because the Ray Ban frames they have are super light and comfortable. I couldn’t stand any of the other options once I tried those on.
They will up-​sell you a bit but they don’t push it. Christian is very professional and knows his glasses. He even took the extra step of doing some extra tests that weren’t done by my optometrist to make sure my glasses were what I needed too. Christian was very personable and easy to chat with throughout the process. Though they do a lot more with sun glasses because of the location, they are also a great place to go for your regular glasses too.

Absolutely in love with my new glasses. I’ve always loved ray bans and went in to see what they had and the service was great! He helped me check out different pairs and showed me some that would work and look best for me. Really great customer service!

I am revising my review from 1 star to 3 because, even though the staff was rude and there was nothing in the store remotely close in pricing to what they advertised on Groupon, I was able to get my money back.
While I would not shop there again, nor would I recommend it to a friend, I do appreciate that David S. went out of his way to make things right after the fact by refunding the amount I paid to Groupon for the «deal» I was unable to use. Their in-​store staff still needs some serious customer service training, and the Old Town location is difficult to find parking at.

This was my first visit here and i had a very bad experience. The older man who worked there was rude to me. I was trying on a sunglass and was about to take a picture to send to my husband for his opinion. The older man said to me rudely «no pictures» and looked at me with an unfriendly look. My first thought was to put the glasses away and leave the store because i felt discrimated from the vibe he gave me. My cousin who was there with me mentioned there should be a sign stating no pictures allow. His response was «some people don’t read sign» That was very unprofessional. We left the store immediately without any arguments. Not to mention i’ve just never heard of a retail store selling other vendors sunglasses to not let their customer take pictures, If there was a rule, i would respect it. I really wanted to report this incident, but i had a feeling the older man was the owner and didn’t bother to.

Friendly customer service
Makes sure you get a pair that fits correctly
Knows all his brand that they carry
Also he makes sure that you get fitted
Make a long story short, I’ll be back to this location for my second pair.

My husband and I walked into the store this evening to look at the large RayBans selection they have. We were greeted by Becci… what can I say… this woman has impeccable customer service and great knowledge of the optical world. She immediatly asked me for my regular glasses to fix them because they were a little crooked and fixed them in minutes. She showed me a selection of frames and invited me to come back after I get my eye exam. I must admit that I am a customer service snob and this Eclipse Eyewear location together with Becci proved to exceed my expectations. I will be coming back soon to get a new pair of glasses.
