Domino’s Pizza

Ordered a hand-​tossed pizza online for pick up and it was there and told them my name, it was there already. This location has some seating area so you can just enjoy your pizza there right when you receive it, which is really nice. Most pizza places just have take-​out or delivery but no area for people to sit and eat so that’s definitely a plus.
Only thing that bothered me was the fact that they don’t give out the red pepper flakes anymore. They now have re-​ramped their business to sell them at $ 1.07 for each container of red pepper flakes and do not have individually packed sizes. All other pizza places give you it for free, but this one charges.
Other than that, the location seems clean. Lunch time a little bit busier since people order carry-​out for parties or for lunch during work.
TIP: If you are planning to enjoy your pizza there and want to save some money, bring your own Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.

For the nth time! Dominos never got my order right. I’m so disappointed I had to write a negative review. :-/

I tried to redeem my Unilocal check in offer & this guy didn’t give me my lava crunch cake, saying I need to order online. It says to just show my phone & receipt. Wth. So disappointed.

The pizza was satisfying but I did not enjoy the environment here. The employees are very loud and talk extremely inappropriate towards each other and I do not enjoy hearing that stuff while eating my pizza.

I just ordered Philly Cheese Steak Pizza (XL) and there must be missing of Shredded Provolone Cheese or American Cheese, maybe both. Tasted nothing like an plain bread.
I did not want to complain for someone’s little mistake because we also make mistakes sometime, but the reason I decided to write a review is that this was not the first time disappointed at the quality of the pizza.
I always used to order pizza at this place in the last three years, but I’m not coming back anymore.

Disappointed with the food quality.
First things first, I work at Dominos in Alameda, Ca which is up in the Bay (NorCal). Everytime I’m on break during school, I’m up there working two jobs-​including being a delivery driver.
One thing I noticed that the (overly nice) lady didn’t have was the heat wave bag that is ESSENTIAL when delivering pizza. Why? Because it was invented to prevent the loss of heat by 5 degree an hour.
This is one of the main reasons food can get to places while still being fresh, hot, and juicy.
I know how it gets at dominos so orders can take from 15-​over an hour depending on where people live or how busy it is.
Time was not the issue. When I received the pizza, two orders of chicken, and the 32 piece bite sized cheesy garlic bread… They were sad little not so hot and fresh as much as I was hoping. It’s as if they weren’t stored properly at all.
The pizza was subpar and I’m not too picky about my pizza. Browned up parts with marinara sauce that’s uneven giving you bites of sauce and others with bread and minuscule cheese.
Let’s get it together guys. I’m sure this place can improve with the right training and proper procedures.
Although it can get pretty hectic… There should be some workers who take pride in making some bomb pizza. Pizza is life. Don’t ruin life.
Other than that the Warriors just beat the Spurs and tied the Chicago Bulls record of 72 – 9. The pizza wasn’t as bad as it could have been.

Great fresh pizza and the delivery was spot on with time. I mean who can really complain about a fresh pizza delivered in 30 minutes and for 14 bucks. Value and service is always good with these guys for me. Thanks for satisfying my appetite and a job well done !!!

I only ordered the 2 pizzas for $ 5.99 each deal, one pineapple &ham, and one pepperoni pizza.
I HAVE to order EXTRA marinara sauce inside the pizza so it doesn’t taste too stale or cardboardyyyy.

The buffalo chicken wings are always good though!
This place has pretty good customer service, and if ou call and tell them to make it for you so you can pick it up, they always do it quick!

They have messed up my order like 4 times in a row now. I wanted to give them another chance, but that Russian delivery guy is such an ass. So rude! Especially when delivering corrected orders. He is a main reason i will not order from the dominos in mira mesa. Their address is 10 606 camino ruiz san diego ca 92 126. If you order there make sure you emphasize the order is correct and ask that it is not delivered by Maliki he is so unpleasant.

Delivery is always pretty quickly as I live very close to the store. As far as quality goes, it varies from time to time. Sometimes pizza is slightly cold or fresh out of the oven

ONCE AGAIN, terrible customer experience. Called back the day after christmas, spoke to the manager onsite and said I would be able to get a refund. IT’S THE HOLIDAYS, PEOPLE GET BUSY. So, I called back yesterday (12.27.15) and asked if I can still get a refund. Manager wasn’t there, but the person who answered was in charge that day so I let him know that his manager told me that I could get a refund. This guy had the audacity to demean me over the phone, tell me he wasn’t able to, and when I asked him to contact his manager, he got extremely personal and argued with me. OVER THE PHONE. ARE YOU SERIOUS?
Shout out to Domino’s for providing terrible customer service, terrible employees who demean and ridicule customers, and terrible communication between management and employees.
I wish I could give negative stars. I sickens me that I have to leave at least one.

Omg I love Domino’s. I love their pizza, sandwiches, EVERYTHING. I love, love, LOVE the app as well. Best app ever.
This specific location, I am not too crazy about the storefront employees. The females always give me a dirty look upon entering and it looks as if one of them wants to fight me for ordering pizza. Chill out.
When I do choose to do delivery, the delivery guy, Ahmed, is amazing though. Super chill and I like his car! Very nice guy.
Other than that, I have no problems with Domino’s pizza. Everything always taste so good. Carbs

Yesterday was the last day for half off pizza (online only) so I put an order in at around 8pm. Came to pick it up 10 – 15 mins later. There were tons of orders being made and all the employees were busy. Nevertheless my pizza came out fast and delicious.

Called in at 11:30pm (they close at midnight), they accepted my take out order even though the website advertised no pick up after 10:00pm, and had it ready for me quickly.
I grew up in the Bay Area so I was not disappointed when I walked in hearing E-​40 blasting at 11:45pm.
They spelt my name as JUYE instead of JULIE but I thought the e-​40/​name mess up combo was great. And my pepperoni, olive, jalapeño pizza was perfect!

I ordered pizza online and the tracker says my order was ready but when I went to pick it up they said it’s still in the oven! Plus to top it off they ran out of money so my changes all in quarters customer service sucks and a tracker is not correct I had a bad experience at Domino’s order pizza elsewhere

Wow wow, the best customer service I’ve ever recieved. The guy at the register was so personal, sweet and cute. He also had us do a quality check on the pizza which I really appreciated. I think hubby got a bit jealous because we were talking so much.
Anyway, would give them 5 stars but it’s dominos pizza not NYU if you know what I’m saying. XoxoX

I’ve never had an issue with them messing up my order here. After some bad experiences with the managers, I now only order online. All the delivery people are nice and professional, at this location as well as others.
the only real complaint i have about this location is that they serve the entire mira mesa, miramar, and sorrento valley area. That is WAY TOO BIG of an area for just one store. I don’t understand why the miramar location only serves the people who live on base. It doesn’t make any sense. Sometimes, when its really busy, I will have to wait almost an hour for my delivery. I know this isn’t their fault, but they should seriously have a talk with the other location to fix this issue. The base serves what, a few hundred people? You don’t need an entire store for just them!
so, one star for the food, one star for their delivery drivers, and one more for overall satisfaction. Fix the managers and the issue with the delivery zone, and I could give you the rest of those stars in a heart beat.

Usually pretty reliable, especially with their deals, but the last couple times I’ve ordered from this Domino’s they really messed up.
Once, I ordered a pizza for carryout. Foolishly I didn’t check it before I left the store; if I had, I would have noticed there was NO CHEESE at all on the pizza.
Another time I was really craving carbs (haha, who isn’t always?) so I ordered their pasta alongside another item for $ 5.99 each, which seemed like a pretty good deal. I was so disappointed by my pasta. First, there was so little of it — see picture. Also, the flavor. Another reviewer seemed to have gotten the same exact item and also experienced what I did — that the dish was overcooked, and dry. So, so meh.
Lesson learned: stick with their pizza and wings, and also, check the freakin’ order before leaving the store on carryout.

I’ve been ordering pizza from here for 3 years since I’ve moved to Mira Mesa. There are other places I can go to Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, Best Pizza & Brew & all the smaller pizza joints but I chose you Domino’s.
The last time I ordered here the screwed my order really, really bad. I wasn’t upset I just let them know on their site. Not expecting anything of it. Then I received a little coupon in the mail «sorry we rocked the boat» it offered a free medium 2 topping pizza. I thought how nice & put it away for a rainy day.
Well today was the day I decided to use it. Its Super Bowl I have a ton of family here and thought perfect time to order pizza. We were going to order 6 pizzas & I remembered the coupon! I looked down & realized it expired yesterday. I thought hey what’s one day? I had my boyfriend call to ask if we could use it anyway. The guy who answered the phone was cool knew what coupon we were talking about & put us on hold to ask the manager.
You know what the manager said? NO. Didn’t get on the phone to at least tell me themselves. I mean I I understand it’s expired but I work in customer service industry and it wasn’t sorry it’s expired but let us give you free breadsticks or a soda. I mean you were the one who sent it to me because you guys messed up my order once before. Nothing at all just «NO» & then had the audacity to ask if we still wanted to get something.
Naw, I’m straight. Never ordering here again. Taking my business elsewhere.
