Excellent breakfast. Much better than ihop or Denny’s! Food order was perfect. Waitress was great! Leticia. Price was reasonable. The place was clean and easy to find parking.

I used to love this cocos! It’s gotten progressively worse as the months have passed. The new manager wasn’t very personable or seemed interested in my situation. I asked placed a phone order and was told they could put banana IN the pancakes. I got there and they were in a cup so I let the manager who rang me up know and he said they don’t do that because it makes the pancakes soggy. I asked if the customer asks for it do they do it and he just said no. Didn’t seem to really care about it. I get home and see 3LITTLE pancakes. IMO the food quality is not worth the price. $ 9.37 for 3 small pancakes not cooked as requested is outrageous!

Came here on 3÷14÷15, aka Pi Day. Avoid it like the plague, people. They were out of most pies because of the unexpected increase in demand. I, like everybody else, was craving pie because I am susceptible to the powers of suggestion and had heard about Pi Day on NPR. They had a great deal, which was an entrée and a slice of pie for $ 10. That’s what my boyfriend and I ordered, of course. He got fish and chips and I got chicken piccata. We were asked to name our preferred pie, but warned that if they were out, we’d have to select something else. I requested chocolate silk, and he said to bring anything that wasn’t fruit-based. He got chocolate cream, which sucked. It was bland and disappointing. The chocolate silk, however, was salty and intensely chocolatey. We both liked it a lot. The fish and chips weren’t half-bad. Pretty hard to mess up, my bf theorized. Chicken piccata is my favorite Italian dish and it was decent, at best. Our server was adequate, but the server in the section next to us was a real piece of work. Obviously, they were unprepared for the amount of people headed their way. It was a sad sight. Next year I’ll stay home.
