My wife and I have busy lives and are on our 3^rd agent. Points to consider: Does your follow through with looking at all the properties you want to see? Do they give you ALL of the updates on the status of your offer/​offers? Are they working for you or for the best commission? This is also my 3^rd house and I have a brother in the east coast who is an agent.
