Still very low in standards. We were super hungry and did not want to spend too much. You get what you pay for. Came in for the 2 for $ 20. I had 6oz medium well. It was okay and the pepper jack cheese mashed potatoes were alright. Husband had chicken fajitas and was satisfied. The part that was most disappointing was the chocolate chip cookie I ordered with scoop of ice cream. The ice cream was defrosted! The waitress apologized but STILL. The dessert was totally not worth it without solid scoop of ice cream. I couldn’t believe I was still charged for it too! Lol I guess you get what you pay for. It’s decent restaurant but just do not expect too much.

What a joke. Go elsewhere. Poor customer service, crappy food, wait times way too long because of the venue near by.

We stopped by Chilli’s on a rainy Saturday evening just looking to grab a bite to eat and a drink. When we arrived we were told it would be a 10 – 15 min wait. We took our seat in the lobby. After about 20 mins and seeing several people come in after us and be seated we checked in with the host. He explained the hostess put us under call ahead seating by accident. No apology at all. All he wanted was for us to describe what the girl looked like that put us down as call ahead seating. As we were seated the lobby became very crowded, standing room only. When we were seated we looked around and just in close sight I saw 6 tables that needed to be bused and a lobby full of people waiting. There was trash under the tables and just overall the staff seemed very overwhelmed. We are greeted twice by two different waiter’s neither of which knew the other had already come over to our table, that was after a 10 min wait. Finally we placed our drink and appetizer order. Drinks were slow but tasty, Leo’s lemonade was great. Upon receiving our appetizers they gave us the wrong dish. Our waitress was very busy and didn’t come back to our table until we received our entrees. We then explained we received the wrong app. Her exact words were” no worries, I’ll put in an order for the right appetizer” Again no apology or anything. By the time we received the app we were finished with our meals and so ready to go. We were there for an hour and 45 minutes. We asked for the app. to go and will warm it up at home. The lack of customer service and organization here is bad. We probably should have asked to speak to a manager and let them know but after being there for so long and just being annoyed we decided to just leave and not return again. This place needs more staff and some customer service training!

Always a great choice to eat or drink before an event at the Valley View Casino Center. The bar is the best place to get in and out in a flash. The bartender was great in service and chopping it up with me and my friend. The food was served quickly and hot! Our drinks came out fast and were ice cold! With a wide selection on their lunch menu, why wouldn’t you love a great meal that won’t break the bank?! I had the chicken avocado sandwich with fries and my friend had a cheeseburger. We saw, we came and conquered just in time to make it to the event next door. Beer is cheaper here for sure compared to the venue… So start early!

Horrible service tonight!!! I’ve been here numerous times and been treated great. Went there with my wife and kids tonight. The waitress Nicole wanted to argue with me about a bringing me a beer that she never brought after asking twice. I had to go to the bar and tell them I’ve been waiting for a drink and asked twice and the girl at the bar promptly apologized and poured it immediately. When Nicole argued with me I asked for a manager and il I got was a «sorry that can be off putting» from her. No offer to take care of the beer, which I wasn’t expecting. Food took forever and no compensation on the bill. Grabbed the food and walked out. Last time I go to this Chilis there’s plenty of non franchise resturaunts that have better food. I can spend my $ 50 on dinner somewhere else from now on. Good job Nicole at Chilis!!!

This place sucks. I found a hair in my daughters grilled chicken. So I bring it up to the managers. They make her a new plate. However ask if we wanted anything while she waited«soup, or salad» I asked for a side of broccoli. They brought it out. However made us pay for it! Wth?! I don’t expect our whole meal comped but at least a frkn 3 dollar side of broccoli would have sufficed. Worst frkn food ever.

GOLDIERULES! In recent years I have lost faith in corporate restaurants like Chili’s. A friend of mine was in town and he had a gift certificate to burn so we made the jaunt. Fist off, I have to say the parking situation was great! Then we walked inside and were greeted by the 2nd best bartender in all of SD. Goldie was hilarious and seemed to make my food and experience way better than it had been in years. The food was good, the atmosphere was good, and the bartender was great! After the honey mustard and the experience I had meeting Goldie, I’ve definitely changed my mind about Chili’s. Keep up the good work!

Chili’s on a monday night? okay. $ 5 margaritas? I’m DOWN! They’re tasty too! Served in a cocktail glass with your own shaker(unless you order your next round STAT) Because they’ll run outta shakers and put it in a tall mug(good move, Chili’s). Our server was excellent! We were initially going to order from the bar and sit in a booth until we realized it was her section. She was awesome about it. And we went ahead and ordered with her. There’s iPads on all the tables. Not to order from but to browse the menu and pay the bill quickly. Guess that’s pretty neat.

Absolutely love chili’s! Not as expensive as a lot of the other restaurants like tgi Fridays, but still delicious food all the time.

It’s very hard to rate a generic chain restaurant such as Chili’s. They have a ginormous menu that makes it difficult to make up your damn mind. TOOMANYOPTIONS. When a restaurant has that many options I feel they really do themselves a disservice. How can you excel in preparing 30 different entrees? You really can’t. Having said that Chili’s has the soup options down pat. The loaded baked potato soup is so good I wanted to order a pot of it vice the bowl. Best soup I have ever had. Of course it’s loaded in fat and probably a buttload of cheesy calories but Oh God was it worth every freaking spoonful. 10 stars for the soup!!! Also we had a party of 20 and they accommodated us all with separate checks and quick and attentive service. And it’s reasonably priced. The people in my party liked their food and said it was OK. The two of us who had the loaded baked potato soup were in hog heaven. So much so others were jealous of our enjoyment.

Grace was our waitress today and she is awesome! Good job Chili’s on hiring people! I tried the southwestern chicken soup, not my cup of tea, but the chicken enchilada soup and side salad was delicious as always!

I’ve been here numerous times for one reason or another. My friends and I have eaten at the dining area as well as the bar area. Both have an amazing atmosphere and service. Thank you Samantha for the great service last time! She managed to get us in and out of there really fast during happy hour while still managing to take care of everyone else. The food has always been pretty tasty. The drinks tend to be on the lighter side alcohol wise. I really love the kiosks where you can reorder drinks(ones that you’ve already ordered) and pay without waiting for your server. I absolutely love the happy hour here! Onto the food for the last few times I was here: Texas Fries: Crispy fries with melted cheddar and jack cheese topped with minced bacon, diced green onion, and pickled jalapeños. This is typically served with ranch but I enjoy it with the avocado ranch or sour cream. Though if you ask for both then they will charge you a little more for it. It’s simple but addicting! Southwest Eggrolls: Deep fried egg rolls with a thicker wrapper stuffed with diced chicken, black beans, diced red bell pepper, minced cilantro, and diced onion served with avocado ranch. The savory flavors mellowed out by the avocado ranch is a tasty mix. I crave this every so often. Crispy Chicken Crispers: Crispy, golden brown on the outside chicken breast slices that is juicy on the inside served with tasty fries that are cooked similarly and soft corn on the cob that is seasoned with butter, salt, and pepper. I love how simple and tasty this is tough I would like the corn to be a bit less cooked, this still hits the spot for me every time. Pork Fajitas: Always tasty with a large portion of food. Tender and juicy tasty pork that falls apart served with sliced green bell pepper and onions on a hot skillet. This comes with soft tortillas, cheese, guacamole, chipotle white sauce, pico de gallo, jalapeño, and sour cream. I enjoy this dish the day of and the next day as leftovers. It’s not real Mexican food but it is still tasty! Cheesecake: What you expect out of a typical cheesecake with a nice strawberry topping. I always end up eating this the next day because I’m always too full from the appetizer and entrée. Overall, I’ll definitely be back here again for the dinner specials and happy hour. The atmosphere is very friendly, the service was really good. Samantha definitely rushed like we wanted and took care of everyone in the bar area. All of the servers are just as amazing! Not only that but the food is still tasty and comes out fast. It’s what you expect out of Chili’s.

Worse chilies ever. My rice was not fully cook, my steak, Texas fries, and chips were way too SALTY! Told the manager and she just apologized LOL! And only waived the rice and beans from my check. Ridiculous, will never return.

Got there right before happy hour ended and our server, Samantha, made sure to come by to get our drink and app orders in before it was over. I love the chips n salsa! My quesadilla wasn’t bad either. Seems like everytime we go back, the menu gets bigger and bigger… makes my head spin with all those pages and options. Thank you to Samantha for ending the battle between me and my bf that if the side garnish was a pickle or cucumber. :)

This is one of the best Chilies in San Diego! Our family eats out all over the city including multiple locations of food chains. We specifically drove to this Chilies for the great service and the food! No matter what we order it’s always perfect timing and perfect temperature!!! We started with the triple dipper appetizer which included boneless wings, texas cheese fries, and the southwestern eggrolls. Each appetizer was hot and extravagant. The Southwest soup actually had chicken and hominy in it, topped with tortilla chips, so great job Chilies!!! We split the quesadilla explosion salad which is always a hit for us! Make sure to sign up for their email list because you get goodies every week!!! To end our enjoyable meal we got the Molten Chocolate Cake! There are no words to describe this dessert, you’ll have to try it yourself!!!

As Chili’s go, this is one of the better locations. Lunch is my main thing at this location, which is right next door to the Sports Arena. My party is always greeted quickly and efficiently, and given a choice of seating. The food here is generally well prepared, although some of the Mexican food is a little hokey. Stick with the Chili’s favorites like burgers, simple steaks and pasta dishes and you’ll be fine. I’m a particular fan of the self check out system on the tables– At first I w as a bit off on it, but it’s easy to split a check 2 or 3 ways. It also computes your rip based on a little scrolling wheel, so it’s easy to round up to even numbers. Clean bathrooms and good service– This is a no brainer for a tasty lunch when you’re willing to do the $ 15.00 lunch thing.

First trip back here in more than a year, and it is nice to see so many upgrades, at least aesthetically, but this location truly FAILS where it counts. First, what is with the electronics on the table tops? The last thing anyone wants to see on the table is a touch-screen germ spreader. And what’s the point of it? I didn’t order from it, I didn’t pay my check … what is the point? Is it because it has cheesy games on it? IS it not enough everyone at the table is chicken-necking on their phones the way it is? Come on Chili’s! And why did you butcher the fajitas? This is your mainstay dish! The sour cream now has some terrible dill in it, and you serve the toppings in some trendy little topping tower which is hilarious because I do NOT need a tiny little cup barely bigger than a quarter to hold the 20 small shreds of cheese you provided. Not only do I have NO use for a fajita-topping Christmas tree at the table, but those toppings were not even enough for one tortilla, which, I might add, were over-microwaved and almost hard. Upon further review, I’m now thinking the toppings tower was meant to allow for more table space, because plates are larger, but wait, no … no because that stupid electronic germ thrower is on the table instead. Yup, still not getting this thinking. But hey, at least some genius somewhere probably made a good penny selling that sham of a device to some gullible restaurant franchise owner. For what it’s worth, absolutely none of the cosmetic adjustments accomplished here mean a thing if you cannot get fundamentals correct. Here’s hoping you realign your business away from whatever trend you saw on the TV and back to when it actually made sense.

4 stars for our waiter Dachelle who was amazing! She was so on top of her game and had such a great personality. It is refreshing to be served by someone who really seems to enjoy their job. We enjoyed our meal and love the variety, quality and prices for a good satisfying meal. It is just the ticket for those nights I just simply refuse to cook. About the new electronic things on the table — I personnal like and use them to check out. Everything you touch pretty much is germy — come on! Use or napkin or don’t use at all. I always carry hand sanitizer if I am that worried. No reason to bash Chili’s for using them.

This is a better restaurant than you think. If you come here regularly I’m not talking to you. The food and service are spot on for a nationwide chain. Red lob, Denny’s, olive g. I’m talkin to you. Kids meals were good and cheap and my fajitas were very good. We ordered the table side guacamole and it and the thin chips/smokey salsa were a great start. Service was solid and wait times were minimal. We were pleasantly surprised.

Super friendly waiters and managers –Dciel and Jesse being two of them. They show a lot of personal interest and make sure you’re well taken care of. My husband and I both really like the chips and salsa and the guacamole is good too with big chunks of avocado inside. The Cajun shrimp pasta and the fajitas are tasty. Throw in a side of mashed potatoes, rice, beans and to still be under $ 25 before tip is incredible. It’s a great casual dining experience and very kid friendly.
