Chico’s has a new manager named Charmaine — and she is making a real difference! I had an online purchase to return. I called her with my dilemma — she made it happen without blinking an eye! And she remembered the whole situation the minute I walked in the store and said my name! Now that is service with a smile! Of course, she is a good sales person, so I bought a couple more items for good measure. Keep up the good work, Charmaine! I will be back!
