Never thought I’d be giving a review on a gas station but this was literally the worst gas station I’ve ever been to EVER. So I came here with my boyfriend and he paid cash on number 4, the young girl with long brown hair took it, and then immediately left for a 10 minute break. When he went to fill up the gas it said transaction canceled. Huh? Mind you this place is super small so idk where she went for 10 minutes. She finally came back, and when my boyfriend asked what happened she said she put it on the wrong number and asked up to MOVE our car to the number she put it on. Really? You can’t just cancel the transaction? So we maneuvered our car in this tiny spot and tried the gas– still said the transaction was canceled. So we went to ask her for our money back a THIRD TIME & she just told us to try it one more time. She was super rude and short with us. Finally able to get our gas, we got it and left. The only reason we didn’t demand our money back was we were very low. Not to mention they charge 0.20 to use a card normally. What a joke! Never ever coming back, and would give it zero stars if I could.

I have been going to this gas station for two years and I belive it has changed ownership. With that being said, the customer service is far beyond sub-​par. I attempted to give the clerk my phone number for the discount you get shopping at Von’s approxiamtely six times and even typed it on my phone he couldnt get it inputed properly. I have used my phone number there numerous times and it works perfectly fine. The clerk then told me I had no points available after all the unsucessful attempts. Perhaps it was the english barrier, either way it is unaccpetable. Drive down the blvd and go to another gas station. Oh yes, and they would not take my $ 20.00 dollar bill simply because it was old. It was a crispy like new bill and he didn’t even look at it just refused it.
