Had a coupon and got 2 six dollar burgers.
Never again.
Basically just 1 giant oversized iceburg lettuce chunk shoved in, a soggy breakable bun, with what tasted like undercooked pattys that had no flavor whatsoever. Left a bad taste in my mouth for hours. And I waited nearly 10 min at the drive thru (with no one ahead of me) for this crap? Haha
Also at the drive thru I ordered a large fries, but noticed they had 2 kinds of fries, criss cross and natural cut. When I went to the window I told the woman working that I wanted the natural cut style of fries to which she responded «oh there’s only one kind of fries».? No there isn’t lady clearly you don’t like working here
I wouldn’t eat here again if it were FREE
Go to any jack in the box and order from the dollar menu, I guarantee it will be better than whatever this place serves

I was running errands yesterday, and it happen to be lunch time. I really did not want to spend a lot of money at this place since I just needed something to hold me over. Plus, I am not a huge fan of Carl’s Jr.
As I pulled into the drive through. I noticed how well lit the sign was, and how clean the drive through area appeared. As I reviewed the menu, I quickly realized that it is the expensive items that are posted in large print. If you are searching for inexpensive but sensible items, you really need to look (unless you come to this location frequently and have memorized the menu) for the inexpensive and «fairly healthy» items. I chose the Green Burrito Burrito California Chicken $ 2.99 plus tax… plus 470 calories, 190 calories from fat, 24 grams of protein, 21 grams of fat, 45 grams of carbohydrates, 9 grams of saturated fat, 4 grams of sugar. The girl who handed my change back was standard nice. Nothing that would stand out. She forgot to give me the receipt. I always want a receipt, as I want proof that I paid. And, should I have issues with the food. I can just hand over the receipt.
Overall, this Carl’s Jr. receives a 3 star from this Unilocaler. Room for improvement on the food quality, and the customer service.

I tried these guys again after staying away for a long time, and they still can’t get it right.

Waited EIGHT minutes in line at the drive thru, with only one car in front of me. Paid $ 9 for a burger, small fries, and drink. The guy at the window forgot my drink, but I didn’t realize it until I’d already driven around. Drove back, parked, and went in. Told the kid at the front I had just been though the drive thru, and someone had forgotten my drink. He asked me what size, and then just handed me the empty cup to fill myself. Burger was gross, not at all worth $ 9. Hadn’t been to a Carl’s Jr in years, and now I remember why!

Come here all the time since go to school in the shopping center and never been charged for a ranch now to today there 22cents each and I don’t even eat ketchup that’s so petty

The workers here seriously have some issues with giving the right orders, I mean I know accidents happen but being that I love the breakfast burger, (which is what I usually order) and always order this with other food on the menu. every time I come I receive my order wrong!

The one star rating is only for the burger being good. I would rather give it no stars. The store was so dirty, but yet there were plenty of workers. I work for subway so when a customer asks for a water cup I know most of the time they’re getting soda rather than water. So I was shocked when me and my friend had a water cup with soda and no one said anything until when we walked out a very rude worker said the water cups are only for water. She told us we had to throw them out. I mean it doesn’t seem like a big deal but if we were already walking out with the cups. She could’ve said it nicer.

If I could put zero stars I would. This place is crap. My boyfriend came one day and ordered the Diablo burger during his lunch break. He unwrapped the burger and it was missing everything. The next day, he gave it another try and they got it down. But the cashier was slow. She couldn’t get our order down in the drive thru and at the window they told me they were out of the drink I ordered. It was very frustrating. Then she forgot to give us another drink we had ordered. It was just bad.

I could not believe how dirty this restaurant was! As soon as I walked in all I noticed was the trash on the floors, and trash on the tables. Condiment stains smeared on the tables and crumbs everywhere. The trash cans were full to the top and couldn’t hold any more. The bathroom was just… disgusting! There was only one toilet to be used because the other one was too nasty to even squat over! Somebody didn’t have any toilet training and couldn’t for the life of them figure out how to flush the toilet! There were feces smeared all around the toilet seat… just really nasty.
I went in there to try that beer battered sandwich which was pretty good. The employees were friendly and the service was fast so that’s why I gave it two stars. I just couldn’t get over the fact on how dirty the restaurant was. I understand that it is a fast food restaurant but that doesn’t excuse the filthiness. After I finished eating my food I wrote a comment card on how dirty the place was and I really hope that they take into consideration the comments that they receive because that was just unacceptable and inexcusable. There was only one other person in the restaurant when I was there so they weren’t that busy that they couldn’t have stopped to clean up the eating area and tended to the bathrooms.

This is worst fast food place in the university area. I was there tonight going through the drive-​through and the cashier has a sassy nasty attitude but I didn’t say anything. I went to the window to pay and I handed him cash and told him I’d like to pay half on my card and half in cash. He said oh no we don’t do that and shoved my money back at me. I was appalled I will never buy food from here EVER again.

DISGUSTING!!! Giving it a 1 star because it wont let me give it a zero. Besides the fact that the girl at counter got the order wrong and wasnt helpful or suggestive at all, the food was just gross. Ordered Turkey Teriyaki burger. I cant even tell u how gross that patty tasted and looked. Overly crispy chicken tenders, about 10 fries (reg & sweet potato), and the burgers were just… ughhh. overall never eaten such crappy food before. Last time I eat at Carls Jr. Apparently I needed a reminder.

This food is truly discusting. Nasty, groossss and just ew lol dont come here ! So dirty and food is rotten and they dont cleen ! Just full of lazy morons !!

I came with my family of 7 thinking of some green burrito food for myself the burgers were good but I was not able to order my burrito I was craving… they were out of TORTILLAS! to bad I really wanted to give them a try.

Some of the workers were there I guess on break sitting at tables with their friends
Tables were clean but the soda area was dirty
Salt & pepper shakers were covered in old ketchup I’m assuming from numerous hands using them
They have tv’s in there I guess to give it a home feeling
Not really sure why they are in there but whatevs
Overall okplace but I’d rather use the drive thru
Seems like it’s ran by teenagers and you know how that goes

Big coffee $ 1.93. The coffee was good and the cups are large. Cheaper then McDonalds!

this place used to be sooo good! got a sandiego burrito, I was beyond disappointed!!! for what I had paid, I could of just went down the street to taco bell and got a meal & extras to take home! I only came here cuz my daughter wanted some chicken strips. the green burrito menu used to be sooo good! WTH happen?! do yourselves a favor everyone, do not order from the green burrito menu! the steak in my burrito was old & had a rubbery taste. yuck! never again «(((

The staff and management team here are very friendly and make sure your order is right and on time.
I haven’t had an issue here yet, and the food has always been fresh and actually looks like the burgers from the commercials.
The only downside would be the actual area itself, but that’s something the restaurant can’t fix. Just make sure you lock your doors at night!

This Carl’s Jr never disappoints me :)
