The GOOD: I have been frequenting this carls Jr, for the past 6 months usually on thursday. Food is always good, and service is always quick enough for my average personal standards. I’m usually there in the middle morning. I really like the green burrito chicken soft taco, and the 2 sandwich deals that Carl’s jr. Typically has. WARNING:(if you’ve never been, most green burrito carls jr restaurants don’t serve green burrito until 10or 11am) THEBAD : I went in near my usuall time 2 weeks ago ordered my food, and sat down in my usually spot and was eating it quietly with my headphones on. A Hispanic-homeless looking guy(WHO I HAVENEVERSEENINMYLIFEANDAMNOTINTHELEASTAQUAINTEDWITH) came in and proceeded to start walking around the store repeatedly cursing, and staring at me and the other patrons. I ignored it at first, but then it got loud enough that I could clearly hear it through my headphones. I still ignored it, but he was starting to mutter things that made it clear he’s was talking about me, and he was trying to taunt me. He also sat right behind my back, at one point I saw him get soda from the fountain, and I’m pretty sure he didn’t pay for it either. He did not order any food. When I got up to throw away my trash, he stepped right in front of me smiling. So I finally got the message. THISGUYISTRYINGTOSTART A FIGHTWITHMEFORNOREASON. I had had enough so I found the asst. Manager, or manager, who was VERYLITERALLYPREGNANT, and who has usually been very kind to me on my visits. In a very calm and relaxed tone, I said something along the lines of this : «This guy’s messing with me so you need to kick him out or something », as I did this he decided to amp up his swearing and volume . She was sweeping up between where I was and he was and said this to me, and I quote «I DON’T TAKESIDES, SOBOTHOFYOUNEEDTOLEAVERIGHTNOW… BOTHOFYOU« I understand this reaction if she was afraid, but with how calm I was being she should’ve recognized the problem and taken a different measure of action. SHEDEFINITELYSHOULDNOTHAVETOLD A REGULAR, DECENTPAYINGCUSTOMERTOTHATHEHASTOLEAVE ! She was bustling around enough that she should’ve recognized this guy as a problem in the first place. The good thing is I called the police and it scared the guy off, but I had to wait extra long in the restaurant to make sure he wouldn’t wait outside for me. THEMANAGER didn’t follow up on trying to make ME leave which was good, but she also didn’t offer any apology, or ask for any further explanation. She just went for an UNACCEPTABLEQUICKFIX of telling a regular paying customer he isn’t welcome. She could’ve at least locked herself in the back office and called the police herself if she was afraid that would’ve been a better choice. Because of how egregious this offense is, for now I’ll give 2 stars. But I will go back, and give the crew a chance to earn em back. If you have tape you can review, and feel so inclined, do so. I think you’ll find it matches most of what I explained. Date and time of this incident was Thursday May 25th between 7 am and 12pm O June 2nd between 7am and 12pm Thank you for your time !

The window lady(Caitlin) was super friendly and very nice(she put 3 cents in the kitty to give me even change back). As usual, the food is excellent. I just love my famous star with cheese.

The person working drive thru and counter is awesome. Friendly and just on point. I could see the name cuz he was wearing a jacket but that doesnt bother me. Its not important if they are doing a good job. :)

Big chicken was cooked to order, the lettuce and tomato was fresh, it was really good for 5 dollars, big size of crispy chicken that was juicy and cooked perfectly. Good service as well.

About a year ago I went here and ordered the«American burger» because I had a coupon. You remember, the burger with the hot dog and the potato chips on it. I took it to go and when I got home I opened it up and it was literally a hot dog inside of a hamburger bun. They forgot the burger patty itself. Tonight at about 7pm I had a temporary lapse in judgement and went back again. I pulled up to the drive thru and made my order to the person loudspeaker. I then pulled up to the window. I sat at the window for about 5 minutes before the only worker I saw inside(I’m assuming the same person that just took my order since she was wearing the headset) finally opened the window and rudely asked«can I help you?» Needless to say I left. These are the same people that want $ 15/hr

I come here ALL the time for homework. I know that may sound weird but it has free wifi, a huge dining area that is always dead and super friendly staff that always tell me I can stay however long I want and bring my food to my table. I found I get way more homework done here than at the library so I’ve been coming ever since. I wouldn’t share this secret study spot if I hadn’t moved downtown and is no longer of use to me. Just looking out for the studiers :)

I haven, t been here awhile. I am glad that i am eating my breakfast here. A grilled cheese breafast combo with grilked cheese, sausage, egg and bread, plus hashbrowns mini and i have a large drink!!! I also like that there is Wi-Fi!!! I love Carl, s jr. It, s a really nice change from Mcdonald, s!!! I, ll keep coming back here!!!

Now, let me start off saying I was so disappointed thatch actually went to reset my password for Unilocal,JUST so I could Unilocal about this place. I went to this location 11/25/2014 approximately 9-ish am to start my day with a non healthy breakfast(don’t judge me), but this place ended up not only being physically unhealthy, but mentally as well. First off the chick took FOREVER to get to the window in order for me to pay for my meal. NOONEWASTHEREBUTME, DAFAQ?! But I was like eh, maybe she just clocked in on her shift so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. But the more time I spent there, the more I doubt about ever giving them my service again. She told me to pull over to the side door which I know is because they’re timed on their service so she wanted to be VERYSLOW. she walks really slow to my car and hands it to me. The side door is a very unsafe to wait, so I grabbed my bag, and left asap thanking baby Jesus this horrible, annoying experience was over. I get home unpack my bag for my girlfriend & my self and guess what… She fucking forgot my second fucking God damn breakfast burrito. I was so pissed I felt my blood vibrating. I looked in the bag to go back to the location to let them know ‘hey, where is the rest of my order’ but guess what the fuck what? She forgot to place the receipt in the bag. AWESOME… So I ended up going to Jack in the box to get a quick 2nd meal. Thanks for starting my day off bad.

Let me start by saying I will never go back to this location ever again! Everything was ok the service was good it was fast and I was in and out. But wait… Got home opened my number 3 which is a western bacon cheeseburger and everything was there EXCEPT the burger!!! I was pissed. You shouldn’t have to open your food to make sure everything is there before driving off. It wasn’t busy either so no excuses.

I stopped by here for a quick lunch and ordered the Guacamole Thick Burger with a drink and fries. I was tempted to try their new Texas BBQ Thick Burger with Smoked Brisket, but I resisted and went with my original choice( ). The burger was alright, was fairly large, and stacked well with fresh ingredients and such( ), but the thick patty was not as juicy and moist as I remember Carl’s burger being. Flavor was okay, but the level of moistness was not( ). The one thing I did not like about the burger, and ironically it was the reason why I got it, was the guacamole. It tasted bland and or as if, it came out of a prepacked unit. That level of freshness was just not there( ). The fries were pretty good and came a crispy golden brown, well season, and except for a few renegade over cooked pieces, they good( ). Service at this location quite friendly at the register and the girl who brought my food out was all smiles. She let me know, if I needed anything, to let here know. They have free Wi-Fi!

It is not bad for me. I bring my coupons in, makes uo the high price. It was pretty good. LIke most of the coupon. item is 2 for 5 – 6 bucks. I am pleased. with that amount of food at this price. Anyway, it is close to my working place and the drivethou is. not bad, Iwill be back!

A review from my roommate: This stupid girl. Ugh. I knew she was going to be bad the second I drove up and heard her talking through the voice box. She was mean. And really short with me the whole time. She rolled her eyes at me when she saw my sunglasses! And the food problems! I said I wanted a chicken stars meal. She told me there’s a 9 piece or a 6. I said 9. I got 5. And no drink. Maybe I drove away too fast, but aren’t they supposed to give you your drink first? Ugh. (Dictated but not read)

Friendly, polite and fast customer service is a good reason to eat at any«fast food» establishment and this location has that covered as well as a good burger. Almost looked like the picture and that’s a plus in my book.
