I’ve purchased blinds and shades several times from Blindsgalore and have had a great experience every time. Just follow the directions and it’s easy, make sure you read how to measure and they have come perfect every time. I am only writing a review because I’m in the processing of shopping for new blinds for our guest room and when I did a search for them I saw the Unilocal reviews and decided to post my experience. I’ve called in a couple times and the people there have been awesome, really knowledgeable and had great recommendations. Several of my friends have purchased from them before and loved it too.

So far so good. I have two blinds from Blindsgalore. The second one i ordered incorrectly. They not only shipped me the style i wanted but they did it no questions asked, no additional payment or shipping costs and didn’t request me to send back the one i incorrectly ordered. So i’m pretty happy with the service!

I’ve placed a $ 3400.00 order with this company and I’ve yet to receive a blind I can hang without 3 or 4 calls into Customer Service for the hardware or the directions. Do not purchase blind galores pre-drilled blinds. You will regret not having brackets. Use anchors if you do. I also purchased 70″ wide Bali and they sent me non-l brackets. Frustrated dealing with them and I just wish I would have paid someone to come in and do it for me. The quality of the blinds from Bali are okay, but the blindsgalor boutique are not quality.

A simple blind order and it took them 16 days to ship from New Jersey, even though the company is based in San Diego. I’m assuming they are only a call center and contract out the work. They arrived, stained, poorly made, stitching was crooked, the quality of the product was below average, they don’t deserve a star or a recommendation to future customers. They also do not give you a refund, only a replacement, why would I want another inferior replacement? And it has to be within 30 days. Unprofessional on the phone at the call center in San Diego
