Super great selection and service! Awesome price for a custom hat considering you could get a Don C for around 400 – 500. I did have a few problems but we worked our way through them, and they have great communication. Definitely going to be ordering a couple more!

I visited this place because I collect hats and this place doesn’t disappoint. Any which way you look you’re surrounded by hats. Awesome selection of both fitted and snap backs. What’s really cool is they offer brim and snap back customization. They have hundreds of selections for your brim if you’d like to change it up. The guy who helped us out was very professional and showed us quite a bit of customization patterns. If you’re a ball cap style collector like me this is a must stop.

This place is like lids on steroids. The selection here is ridiculous. Walked in looking for one streetwear hat and came out with 4 because of their great 2 for $ 50 promo! Great customer service! Will come back soon!

This place makes you realize that shops like Lids at the mall are just crap. The selection, the styles, the customization and the prices are awesome here unlike the corporate mall shops. The guys working at Bespoke are well informed and don’t come across as finger-​gun salesmen even though I’m sure they’d be happy to sell you $ 1,000.00 in hats. I didn’t buy $ 1,000.00 in hats but believe me, it wouldn’t be hard to do so and you’re sure to find some caps that you’re not going to see anyone else wearing around town. Options, options, options!
How ’bout them San Diego Clippers?! Never seen a hat for them? Don’t worry, Bespoke will give you about 12 different options. Truth.

I live down the street from Bespoke and USED to love going to their store for hats. I recently purchased a hat for my boyfriend that did not fit and needed to be exchanged and after only having the hat for LESS THAN 10 DAYS, sitting on my bed, in the bag with the receipt (while boyfriend was in Peru) I went in to either return the hat or make an exchange and the employees, INCLUDING THE MANAGER, REFUSED to exchange or return my hat because it had a ‘worn’ look to it and claimed they would never be able to resell the hat (after only having it for less than 10 days and NEVER being worn). Their customer service is AWFUL and the staff members always seem to be high out of their minds and don’t know what is going on in the first place. And what kind of business can’t absorb the cost of a $ 38 hat to retain a frequent customer that lives in the neighborhood? They obviously have much bigger issues. I will NEVER purchase anything from this joke of a store again. I am sure they will go out of business soon anyways. Thanks, Bespoke, FOR NOTHING besides how to NEVER operate a business. What a joke.

Popped in this little shop one day, and I was blown away by their stock. Hats of all styles are displayed from floor to ceiling. On a whim, I asked the worker if they sell negro league hats, and much to my surprise, they had like ten teams represented. I went with the House of David cap, and I love it. The quality, price, and service was top notch. I went back and did some Christmas shopping there and will continue to think about Bespoke for my next gifting needs. Places like this need your support so we have mom and pop gems spread all over the county!

So we were looking for Blends and then realized that it had moved and this store had taken it’s spot.
I don’t buy a lot of hats, but had to check this place out cause of their extensive collection of NBA hats. They carry all teams not like other places. They have at least 5 – 6 hats per team and you can customize the brims with different materials. Not only that but they also have a huge collection of NHL hats which is rare and a good selection of NFL and MLB hats. Kris was super helpful and told us about their 2 for $ 45 special on team hats and 2 for $ 15 on their blanks.
I almost left empty-​handed since I have hats for most of my favorite teams until we saw a Team USA World Cup hat. Best purchase ever!

The place is cool and the people are friendly… they help me make a hat for my wifes birthday… I made the hat march 1 and they sayed it will be made before her birthday no problem… I call them they want to charge me more money to get it made on time even though they sayed they can do it… it wnt be ready till this weekend… thank you so much for telling me wrong Info!

I haven’t customized a cap… YET, but I will. Picked up too strap back hats today and I was impressed with the selection and customization options. The guy that helped me was friendly and the vibe wasn’t what you would expect from most boutiques with staff too cool to help customers. I would definitely recommend this shop. The selection was crazy.

I am not a SuperBowl and minibowl or any kind of American sports fan (sorry, I try, but I keep yawning. However, I like sports clothes and hats, especially when they are of great quality like the ones you can find in this specialized store. And my family overseas wants to have, or better, must have one of two of those customized hats when I go visiting. I found this store just when I was escaping a testosterone filled Gaslamp with mainly guys rooting for their teams at the sports bars.
I was impressed with the full customization of hand sewn bills, they transform fitted hats into Snapback/​Strapbacks, or add whatever you want, embroidery and all. I found the prices were not bad for the quality of the fabric and craftsmanship (I saw several for around $ 28 each). This is the place where I will cater the hat needs of my friends (I just prefer cute berets, sorry:)
