Baby Discovery Kids Formal Wear

So Baby Discovery is an online retailer of formal wear for kids and us San Diegans are lucky enough to house their inventory warehouse just off Balboa Avenue in Kearny Mesa.
I was searching for a baptism dress for one of my closest friend’s cute baybay girl. And like a fellow reviewer I Googled «Baptism Dress San Diego» and their online store popped up.
You have to call to schedule an appointment to go to their warehouse, I called Friday lunch time and got a call in like an hour. I was able to visit their warehouse after work that same day.
Their merchandise is one of a kind and reasonably priced. I bought this really pretty white baptism dress that included a lace vest cover up and bonnet. Oh and the Virgin Mary is embroidered on it! Momma Mary just chillin’ on the dress. Sounds tacky but it’s beautifullllllll!
They also have flower girl dresses in every color, special occasion dresses, little man tuxes! Really organized inventory as well.
Kim who helped me was so sweet, she also steamed the dress for me to get rid of the wrinkles. Out the door with tax, the dress was $ 50.somechange.

Found this place through Unilocal and I called them right away. Was able to make an appointment same day, went to the warehouse, the lady helped
sorry totally forgot her name but she spoke french. She was great! Showed us everything they had. Great selections and of course I found a perfect baptism dress for my 1yr old girl. Great quality. Thank you again.

Searching on the internet, Macy’s, Nordstrom’s, Babies R Us and other online stores turned up nothing good enough when looking for a dress for our 8.5 month old daughter. Then I googled «BABY DRESS SAN DIEGO» clicked on the Map to see if anything was local and found a gem!
LOTS of great dresses and lil tuxedos! HUGE selection, colorful designs, USA made items, AND AFFORDABLE PRICES!!! $ 40~60 range is exactly what we were looking for, and we weren’t buying a cheap looking dress either!
The location is in an office building, Chris (the owner) just opened the location for customers to come visit in January-​10, and boy am I glad they are not only an online business anymore!
The regular hours wouldn’t work with our schedules but the website says to call for appointments, we did, and were happily accommodated, we spent about 30 – 40 minutes trying on about 5 or 6 dresses they had in different sizes, colors, and designs! The hardest part was choosing which one!
