I bought a set of outdoor patio furniture and after about a year I had an issue with one of the pieces. They ordered a new piece and after a few weeks got the new piece to replace the old one. David was accommodating throughout the entire process. He stood by his product and I’d buy more pieces from them in the future.

just got our newest addition to our Babmar collection on our roof deck– our Palma right arm lounger with side table. it was shipped and delivered within a week of ordering and came in pristine condition. once again, we LOVE the light weight but sturdy-​looking character of the furniture we’ve purchased at Babmar. the bright orange cushions are so cute, and so glad that they are zip-​on/​off and washable. great value as we got it on the clearance page of their website. great product, great service, great store!

Since posting my original review (1 star), Babmar contacted me regarding the defective table top. Within a few days, they picked up the table, replaced the top, and returned it to our backyard — — all at no cost since the damage began during the warranty period. We are very pleased with this turnaround in customer service! While we would have preferred to have seen this kind of service without having posted an unfavorable review first, the end result is excellent. All other pieces we purchased originally (2 – 3 years ago) are holding up very well. Overall the quality is excellent. I would have given them 5 stars all around but given the recent pre-​Yelp posting hiccup in customer service on the damaged piece, I’m giving them an overall 4 stars.
