FITzee Foods

Absolutely the best! I’m not just blowing smoke either. Their small meals are exactly the right size for me. I try and eat paleo, or at least lower on the carb side. Their food is fresh, local, and just really tastes good. My favorite is paleo spaghetti with meat sauce.
I ordered online using their new app and received a call 30 minutes later my order was ready. Amazing! They cost more than. One of the store brands but I will happily pay their very reasonable price to get quality meals. I just had surgery sob their meals are my go to keep me healing and healthy.

I just LOVE Fitzee. The meals are excellent and I regularly buy the small Paleo meals. I like that the meals change every month so you don’t get bored. I like visiting the Miramar store for the frozen meals too. They are a great deal! It is also nice to see the facility where the meals are made. Everything looks so nice and clean there. I pick up fresh meals at the Liberty Station site and frozen meals at the Miramar site. I am a fitness professional and endurance athlete so I care about the proportion of carbs: protein:fat. I like that I can find the nutritional content of Fitzee meals on MyFitnessPal as well as on the back of each meal. I must mention how wonderful the staff is too. They are so helpful and friendly when you come into the store. On my last trip to Fitzee, I met the owner Michelle — she was so awesome!

I’m usually too busy or too tired to cook, so I’ve been experimenting with different online services that offer pre-​made food. It’s always so expensive, and I hate all the packaging that inevitably comes with the box (styrofoam, ice packs, plastic bags, dry ice, etc) — luckily, FITzee Foods is local, so I can pick up my items here. The prices are cheaper. The food is better! I love that the menu is organized to reflect what’s currently available, with paleo, low carb, and gluten free options in their own categories. I know that if I keep my fridge stocked with this, I’ll make healthier eating choices than I make when there’s nothing in my fridge. Plus, the staff is very friendly. Michelle and Drew really helped me out when I stopped in to pick up my latest order, and I ended up buying even more. Now I don’t need to go anywhere near a grocery store this weekend, and I won’t give in to the nacho special at my job’s cafeteria next week! This is so great!
This location is not the easiest to find, since it’s down a long driveway and there’s no frontage sign indicating where to turn. I got lost the first time, but just remember to turn at Sid’s Carpet Barn and go all the way down.

Fitzee Foods is fantastic! I try to maintain a clean diet, but oftentimes do not have the time or energy to cook a full, healthy meal. I gave the paleo spaghetti a try and was happy with the taste. It is delicious and filling, but most importantly, healthy!

We love FITZee Foods. Now I am able to pickup food at the Kitchen. The online ordering went great. They followed up with a call to ensure my order was freshly packaged prior to my pickup.

Love their food, as a nutrition student, health is very important to me. The food is delicious and the workers are super friendly!

The meals are SOOO good! So easy for on the go and the food is so flavorful! My favorite is the chicken tikka masala, sweet and spicy agave chili and the chicken enchiladas! A must go!

Just had their siraccha chicken. Very tasty. I’ll be a regular for sure. Michelle was great. Took care of me. I’m set for my next week of meals for lunch
