Apple Polishing Systems

Three years ago a rock hit my windshield and a small crack appeared. Paul with Apple Polishing Systems came out to my home and did an excellent job repairing my windshield for a very reasonable price. So good in fact, that the crack disappeared and I forgot all about it. A few weeks ago I noticed another crack on my windshield and called Paul to handle the repair. He was able to come out by the next day to work on my car. Paul was able to tell that the crack was from the previous repair and told me that there would be no charge as his work has a lifetime guarantee. Talk about honest! If he had not told me this I would have never known. If the crack ever reappears I will definitely have Paul replace my windshield. His prices are very fair and an honest person in the car business is priceless.

I have been using Paul’s services for several years now and I can assure you Paul is a professional and EXCELLENT at his career !
I have asked Paul to service my 2006 BMW M3 and my 2012 Corvette and have been more than pleased with the results EVERY TIME !
I won’t allow anyone except Paul, his crew and me to touch my cars. I’m the most meticulous person you will ever meet regarding my cars.

…and to address StephenG with the bike who had a bad experience, you clearly have a strong opinion but there is NO WAY Paul caused the severity of damage you claim.
Anyone can make mistakes but did you allow Apple Polishing to correct the issue (s) ?

I had a small but visible crack in my windshield and Paul took care of it in no time. It practically vanished. His prices are really great and he offers discounts if another dent or crack ever pops up in the future. He is super friendly and honest. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of windshield repair.

These guys are legit… I had a need for some serious TLC for my truck on a very short notice and one call took care of it. Paul showed up in an hour and had my truck looking new in no time. All the small scratches just vanished and the truck is super smooth. The prices are very competitive too.
Let me put it this way… My wife doesn’t really notices when my truck is clean but even she came home and asked if I got a new truck :) Definitely an A+++

I got an Ultimate Detail for my very filthy Prius. I have 2 dogs and between road trips and Dog’s Beach, my car was infested with sand and dog hair. I moved here from Arizona, and my last auto detail was super sub-​par. The crevasses were still caked with dirt/​hair etc. The 2 gentlemen who cleaned my car were kind and courteous and able to make it spotless! It was worth every penny, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I will most definitely be using them again and again!

I cannot recommend this detailing service at all! In fact, this is probably the worst experience I ever had with a car/​bike wash.
I let them work on my vintage motorcycle (collectors item) based on a favorable recommendation.
I simply asked them for a good bike wash (not a detail) and was willing to pay the high price they asked for.
During the wash, they let the degreaser on for too long and all my clear-​coated aluminium parts (rims, crankcase, etc) turned milky and cloudy.
They indeed worked in the bright sun around noon, which is a fundamental no! no! when using this kind of chemicals.
When I picked up the motorcycle again, I had to tell them, that the bike looked somehow differently — they didn’t even recognize the mess they were producing and wanted me to drive off with this condition.
The only solution they came up with was to take off all the clear coat… Go figure!
To make things worse, they did not offer a free wash afterwards, so I had to remove all the dust from the clear coat and the rubbing compound myself, which took me more than an one hour and it seemed the bike was dustier than before.
Unfortunately, in the process I scratched my tank — so I have a very nice souvenir of their shitty work.
I should have never let them touch my motrocycle — would have saved me a lot of money, trouble and pain!
