I was thinking about getting a hot tub for a year or so. Todd came over and gave me an unbiased opinion of what I should get. Since he doesn’t sell spas, he wasn’t trying to sell me anything, just the best options for me, and my bad back… thanks!!!

I used Todd as my pool service person early of this year. Todd was not meticulous and was rushed. He didn’t clean the pool properly and I ended up developing calcium spots on the tile. I confronted him and asked him why he’s not brushing the pool as he promised to do originally; he then tells me he doesn’t want to work on my pool anymore and walks off. After several months he called me today, threatening me over the phone. I’ve contacted the police and given them his information in case he decides to retaliate. I’m hoping to catch this guy on my home camera system to further pursue legal action. I would not recommend Todd and would steer far away from him.

As a realtor, I often encounter prospective buyers who are considering a home with a pool but have never had one before. On 2 separate occasions, Todd has talked with these folks and patiently and professionally answered any questions they’ve had. I know one time the conversation lasted at least 20 minutes. Todd goes over and above with his service and knowledge and willingness to help pool owners — even future pool owners!

A little background on us, we’ve been taking care of our own pool for the last 7 years. This summer (end of June), we upgraded to a salt system and were struggling with the care since (had many visits, water tests, and purchases at the local pool store!).
We went out of town in the beginning of October (heat wave hit) and returned to an algae break out. We called Todd in the state of emergency! Found him on Unilocal as we specifically looked for service in the Allied Gardens/​Del Cerro area. He visited daily, twice a day, to nurse the pool back to health. In a week or less, the pool was sparkling. Not only did Todd fix the issue, he also met with the salt system representatives onsite and shared valuable insights on how to care for our pool better.
We highly recommend him!!!
