In less than two hours from calling Jeff arrived and completed the cleaning in our office. The pricing was more than reasonable and Jeff was as friendly as it gets.

Called a few carpet cleaning places trying to get quotes and see if they would even be able to clean my apartment carpet since I lived in an enclosed building that would require a portable carpet cleaner. When I was moving out if San Diego i was desperate for some good quality yet reasonably priced carpet cleaning service! You see, I raised my dog in the apartment and needless to say there were some «spotty» areas that need to be taken care of.
I called about 10 places on Unilocal + 5 more on groupon and in all honesty, Jeff had the best pricing + best reviews on Unilocal.Although jeff’s quote was pricier than the groupon deals, his gave the lowest quote out of all the 5 star services on Unilocal.Obviously since all the groupon places had less than 3 stars on Unilocal,it didn’t take long before I confirmed a date and time with Jeff.
Day of the service: Jeff was on time and well prepared. It took us a bit of time to find a viable water source but Jeff was fast and efficient with everything else!
I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and would HIGHLY recommend Jeff to everyone else!

Owners (J & J Long) provide friendly and prompt service to their customers, with good equipment and at reasonable prices. I’ve been using One Choice for about a decade now, and consistently feel they CARE and use good practices.
There was One time in our history I was disappointed with an outcome, and when I voiced my thoughts, I didnt get the run-​around, I got a resolution. The most recent time I used One Choice, it was a tough job, requiring skilled choices and commitment to quality, and my expectations were Exceeded.
They also carry product should you need a cleanser between/​aside from their visits, but never do you feel you are «being sold.»
IN ADDITION to the Bomb of truck-​mounted carpet cleaning, One Choice also provides Restoration and Repair, which thank goodness Ive never used them for, but if they do at even 50% of the quality work here that they do in Carpet Cleaning, youve found yourself a gem.
