Felipe was the best!!! He was so nice. Totally professional, I completely appreciate his work. He made me feel comfortable once he walked into my house. He was prepared to fix the AC and Got to work right away!!! He was very fast and clean he answered all my questions, he informed me on how to maintain my AC. And in the end of his visit he reassured me if I had any problems or more questions I could reach him whenever I needed him! I would recommend him to anyone that needs an AC fixed! Gracias Felipe!!!

I guarantee YOU WILL BE SORRY if you hire Felipe Alfaro. He never pulled a permit, and put a Heater AC unit on my roof that later leaked around the base of the unit soaking my ceiling installation, and causing my entire bedroom ceiling to have to be replaced due to water damage. He also did not complete the installation of the unit to code.
Nearly four years later. I am still dealing with this crook who refuses to acknowledge his unethical, illegal, and substandard work performance. The California State Contractor’s Licence Board provided him a hearing with a translator while Alfaro held everyone in court for days playing lawyer, and asking ridiculously stupid questions to industry experts, and attempting to deny responsible for his actions. He was found guilty, fined $ 1.000 by the California State Contractor’s Licence Board, and told to pay me over $ 5,000.
He now has filed again in court saying he did not get a fair hearing. Unbelievably disgusting behavior!!!

My 23 year old A/​C system now runs like new. The repairman (I believe he is also the owner, Felipe Alfaro) is a skilled workman who is concerned with doing the job right the first time and preventing future problems. Until Felipe came out, I had to call and re-​call other companies on 3 different occasions for repairs on my system.
Superior Mechanical will do a quality job at a fair price. I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed.
