2015 — This was the first time every using Mullens, I send some flowers to my sister-​in-​law for mothers day, and they were delivered in a timely manner and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL for the price.
Thank you Mullens for making my sister-​in-​laws mothers day special.

Highly recommendable with great service! Used them online from Texas to surprise my girlfriend for Valentines.
When I ordered online, there was no availability for valentines day delivery. This was 2 days prior to valentines and I suppose that was due to high volume. So I called the flower shop and was told to simply add the date that I wanted delivery under the «Special Requests» tab and the explained the situation with loads of people buying from the flower shop and requesting delivery service. She assured me that she’d help me out and make it possible and that alternatively she’d go deliver the roses herself re-​affirming that everything would be fine for delivery. Later to find out that the same lady I spoke with over the phone was the same one who made the delivery with an amiable personality. This flower shop went above and beyond to fulfill my experience and I highly recommend them.
I had previously called other flower shops which had no time to talk to me over the phone and prices were practically double.

i can’t believe i’m writing a review for a flower shop (do i have to turn in my man card?) but i can not believe the bad reviews. I have been going there for years to get my wife flowers, I go in and they let you build your own flower bouquets for a $ 1 or $ 2 a flower. I can get a nice bouquet for about 10-​$ 15 and the staff has always been nice

Extremely Disappointed!!! I went in on Thursday to send my wife some flowers on Friday-​plenty of notice. Well, my wife gets out of work at 4 and it is 3:20, still haven’t heard from Mullens. I called to inquire and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. I said how disappointed I was that she has to get flowers while she was on her way out and the «Manager» Owners wife, said, well it isn’t 4. The card says she gets out at 4. I said I know her work hours but I went in the day before so she can have them all day, not on her way out. I told her how disappointed I was and she didn’t care. She said, «You can shop for flowers where you want to shop and I will run my business how I want to run my business.» Mullen = Lack of Courtesy, Lack of Professionalism and a Lack of caring for their customers. I am extremely disappointed with her attitude, her response and will not spend another penny with this Mullens on the corner of E street and Highland. My $ 100+ dozen of roses delivery would be more appreciated elsewhere and will be delivered in a timely manner. This place does not care about their customers. I was not rude at all however the owner was extremely rude to me, she just does not care. I wasn’t looking for a discount or money back, I wanted her to know how disappointed I was and her response was appalling. Stay clear from this Mullens… and if you don’t please don’t say you weren’t warned.

Worse Flower shop ever!!!
I placed an order online for our anniversary.
It was 5 o’clock, and she still hasn’t got them. I called the store, they have no knowledge of my order what so ever. I gave a reference number, nothing, confirmation number… nothing. The next day, they call and left a message, asking me to call. They want to know if its ok to change the order because they don’t have the flowers in stock. Luckily I have a wife with a since of humor and found this more funny than upsetting. I will never use this shop again. The workers there don’t know each others names, I asked for the same person serveral times before I got to speak with her. Hours later, found my order and want to know if its ok to send out still… really…
