As soon as you walk in the door a nasty smell just hits you. They definitely need to give the place a good cleaning

Classic wings in lemon pepper and original flavor are my top two choices – in that order. We love them extra crispy, with fresh veggies and Parmesean fries on the side. As I placed my order online the estimated time for pickup was 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and imagine that, the order was actually ready even though it was a busy Spurs game night! The wings are perfect with just the right amount of seasoning. My only complaint is that the fries were soft and soggy. You can order them cooked extra crispy, we’ll be trying that next time.

Here on a Saturday night early 6 o’clock. Every tables is taken, 20 minute wait for your order, ordered 6 food was hot crispy nice amount on the original Hot sauce, fresh dropped fries. You have take your food back to the counter so they can pack it to go… this is where the problems start… people mingle in this 5ft area waiting for their food… packing condiments, picking up when they call your name… and most people in this restaurant come back for free refills on their «Diet Cokes» x3 refills LOL

I should give these fucking ppl no fucking stars, Cuz they suck no customer service what so ever the cashier is dumb as fuck and the manager Manuel well he needs to learn managers skills, I thought I give this place another chance but boy was I fucking wrong oh and the wings were dry as shit. So don’t go there go to the one on medical way better.

Best wing stop. Very crispy hot wings. Very friendly staff. Won’t go to any other locations. Wings are done right every time.

The wings were great and saucy no complaints there. The waitstaff we’re friendly and me and hubby left on happy tummies and will defiantly be going back for more!

They messed up on my order back in May. I spoke to the manager, Raul. Told him what happened. He told me at the time he would replace the whole order. This was back on May 27^th. There was more conversation than that. I kept my receipt with his name. I call yesterday, 7÷1÷15. They do not have anything in their book. Raul gets on the phone and says he doesn’t remember. I told him I was on my way and would speak to him then. I get there and show him the receipt. He said he doesn’t remember and didn’t write it down. I told him so for your mistake of not writing it down I get screwed again. He said he would not give me the whole order back. He could do 25 piece. I’m frustrated and say that’s fine, I just want the number to your supervisor. Raul then says, I’m not going to give you anything. Nice way to treat customers. I speak to his supervisor Raymond and he tells me he won’t honor what Raul told me because he doesn’t remember! Wow!!! Nice customer service!!! I am angry because they lied, not about the whole order. If he would have said he would replace the 25 plus fries or whatever. The fact is they lied!!!

The whole idea of the wingstop app is so you place your order ahead of time, and when you finally get there, they’re ready! But I placed an order at 12 pm, and I got here at 12:35, but they didnt even start cooking my order until I got here! Get your wings together!

It’s clean on the inside and the employees are friendly. I appreciate that they give you a healthy portion of the ranch or bleu cheese and that you can serve yourself the ketchup. That being said I like my wings sassy, not saucy, so I just can’t get past how much sauce they put on many of their flavors.
The last time I was there I had the BBQ flavor and the new chili lime. I liked the BBQ wings, but again, my fingers were covered in what seemed like unnecessary amounts of sauce. I didn’t like the chili lime sauce, I think due In large part to how much sauce was used. It was a bit gloppy and the lime flavor didn’t give it that pop that it should.
All in all, I’ll continue to eat here, but be more selective in the flavors I choose.

I’m a big Wing Stop fan, but this location is my new favorite and I’ll tell you why.
They have Land Shark beer on draft!!!
I know right, I couldn’t believe it either.
This makes me so happy.
I love Land Shark and the awesome fact that they not only have it in bottles but they also have a keg as well makes me a very happy man.
Their wings are good too, but that goes without saying.
My wife and I have had wings at numerous places and Wing Stop is, by far, the best place for us. Love the lemon pepper wings.
Shoot, well they just called my name so I’m gonna go eat.
I hope you like this place as much as we do.

I am writing this more for the horrible customer service than the food. This is a fairly new location and I’ve ordered here twice and each time my order was not ready when I went to pick It up. I didn’t get an apology nor an offer for a drink while they corrected their mess up. I was told i had to wait 15 more minutes to get my order. It’s not worth it. There’s another wing place near me that I’ll go to that’s equally good and they get my order right the first time.
