Not only is the food great, the service is friendly and fresh. They take the time to try to help you pick something out that you will enjoy, whether it be food or boba. The food is always hot and/or fresh. Spring rolls were awesome. Beef flank, etc phở was awesome. I loved my boba and got another one to go. Prices reasonable, and wait time is minimal. Love this place!

Hadn’t been back to this place for a while and wasn’t disappointed. The fried spring rolls are amazing. The boys had phở; I don’t think they came up for air until they finished their bowls. I decided to try something new and do the combo vermicelli bowl. It was delicious! Nice light dish when you aren’t wanting hot soup.

My Phở go to! I’ve become a huge fan of the Phở here. I’ve tried the Chicken and the Brisket Phở and both have been outstanding. Love the side dish of beans, jalapeño, thai basil, etc. to add as I see fit. Wish they had fountain drinks as opposed to canned drinks.

Typically not a huge fan of Vietnamese food, but this place is spectacular. The phở is delicious, the prices are cheap, and it’s almost always full of customers. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes good food – even if you’re a little hesitant about Vietnamese.

My mouth waters thinking about this place!!! We go once a week… and it is good every single time! It is just as good when we take it to go! Great service and easily the best phở in SA.

One of the better phos we’ve had in san antonio. .the servers checked on us a couple of times, my husband got the extra noodles he asked for, and service was quick.

A cozy Vietnamese soup house. Choose your broth, your meat and the type of noodles you want, and they put the big bowl of hot soup on your table in 5 minutes made to order. I eat vegetarian soup and it is a real treat for me! I can’t eat it all so I take the leftovers home with me. Great menu! They serve regular dishes if you want a change from soup. Plenty of parking. Hours are 10am — 9pm. These are very hospitable people and they make you feel comfortable and welcome. You’ll probably become a «regular» there and become healthier for it too! They take cash and cards.

I ordered to go during lunch time and was really disappointed by how the food came out. I ordered their combination of chicken, pork, and shrimp. They Gave like three shrimps and one piece of chicken and just large portion of their noodles. Looked super messy when I opened the box. Price was $ 10.00.

First time here and their broth is actually pretty good and the broth makes or breaks a phở restaurant. I wanted to rate it a four at first taste until I noticed the small amount of meat in my dish. I’ll have to remember to order extra meat next time. Definitely much better than Phở Vy, that many of my coworkers recommended.

food wasn’t that good, portion size is a little small for the value. tasted like a lot of MSG, and the pork skin roll didn’t have the proper sauce for it. service was ok.

Rapid decline in quality and an even steeper decline in SERVICE. If you want to be made feel worthless and unwanted, this is the place for you.

First Timer, so my opinion may not be the best available BUT I will give it to you anyway ! So the staff was great, friendly, active, and helpful(for newbs like me). I got a medium PHO1b(ribeye and meatball) and it’s was gigantic. I usually eat a lot of food and It was more than enough to fill me up. The basil was super fresh and plentiful as well as the noodle and meat portions. Overall the ribeye meat was way better than the meatballs but now I know that for next time… And there will definitely be a next time.

I’m way overdue on this review. I’ve been coming here for maybe… 10 years? Not sure how long the restaurant has been open, but I’ve been coming here for that long. It’s been a really long time. It has remained one of my favorite food places, period, in all that time. It also remains my favorite phở place in SA. I’ve tried a few, for convenience purposes, but at this point I’ll drive the extra miles for Phở Ha Long. The servers have always been so friendly to me. They know my face and my orders. They ask me about my life. They seem to know many of their customers extremely well too. I bring new people here all the time who then officially become converted into Phở Ha Long lovers. We can’t all be wrong.

This place was decent especially for the price. But I feel the ratio of broth to substance in the phở was a lil weak. I love when the food actually outweighs the broth, this is absolutely a personal preference and on no way indicative to the actual taste of the phở! It was great but I have had better. I would come back and try the seafood or chicken. I had the brisket and like I said it was good but not the best!

Second time I’ve tried phở. I can’t recall the place I had the last phở from, but it wasn’t what I expected and I thought I wouldn’t like any kind of phở after trying it. I gave phở another try and was surprised that I loved this one ! Family oriented restaurant, staff was very friendly.

Wow. Wow. Wow. To find such an authentic place here in town is such a relief. Amazing experience. I tried the #11 with steak, brisket and tendon. Everything was tender, juicy and very tasty. Served with all the appropriate sides, just like you should expect. I will be back!

Yup, it’s that good. As a recently dubbed Phở connoisseur(i gave myself this title and yes it still counts), I’ve learned that it’s the broth that makes or breaks phở. I’ve visited a few around SA, and this place has«IT». The wait staff is always prompt and nice, so no complaints there. My phở is always brought out to me in less than 10 min, which is a huge plus. The side items that come with the phở don’t necessarily deserve a review(sprouts, limes, noodles, I’m forgetting some) they are what they are. I can’t remeber which number I always get(pretty sure it’s no 2), but the meat is always good. I want to SA it’s the flank steak… don’t remember. If you eat phở, you know the meat isn’t necessarily cooked before hand, but the SUPER hot broth does the job. Regardless, the meat is always tender, and you get the good cuts(not the fatty pieces). Check this place out, and enjoy yourself.
