Cute little Whataburger with all that you need and more. It’s a smaller version of the larger stand-​alone restaurants you see but they still have everything. When they have rush hour, they are a bit slow, I have to admit. The place is pretty clean inside and out every time I’ve been there. Customer service has been pretty good as well, with smiles on everyone’s faces. Food is fresh and hot and quality is just like every other Whataburger I’ve been too. I do notice sometimes the teen employees play around or get loud while working but that’s what teens do rt? That’s a management issue and needs to be corrected ASAP. Only reason why I deducted one star is for lack of professionalism, but I’m usually pretty chill. Kids are kids. Business is business.

This has to be the slowest whataburger in the face of the planet, I have been here many times and they have yet to reach an average speed. Last night I went threw and the teens where screwing around at the paying window. Then they didn’t know which of the orders where mine. Please someone fix this place.

Food is really good but the service is questionable. I have been the only person in the morning and it still took 15 – 20 minutes to get my food. This has happened more than once.

This is by far the slowest service Whataburger in town!
I’ve been here a few times during my lunch hour and I almost always wait in the drive-​thru line for about 15 – 25 mins with hardly no one there. I order the simplest order and 50% of the time its wrong! Burger with ONLY pickles!
Advice: Speed up the service folks, this is fast food!

Food is great but you are always waiting 20 – 30 minutes for your food. I have gone to this location several times and I am always waiting in the drive thru line 20 – 30 minutes for my food to come out and I am not even counting the waiting in line to order.

Been here three times now. Every time I go, my order gets messed up. You can only wait so long before a new staff becomes a bad staff. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because Whataburger is (usually) consistently amazing.

Pros: Good food, clean (new) inside, clean restrooms, nice cashiers.
Cons: Order took 10 – 15 mins to come out, no refill offers (I was told by a corporate employee they’re supposed to go around and offer to refill drinks), both trash cans were overflowing, soda counter bar needed to be wiped down.

Still pretty new. Service is a little slow but the food is just fine. Double check drive thru orders — they tend to be missing an item or two. Overall it’s what I expect of a Whataburger.
