Quarry Nails

I love this place. I have been here three times with three different people and my nails have always turned out great. I have also done shellac on my natural nail that lasted me two weeks. The last visit I had acrylic with vinyl nail polish on top. Bin did a great job on my acrylics !!

I have been to this salon multiple times and service has been good. The last couple times I have been coming I have requested Bin. He does a great job, and always ask how I am doing but not over bearing. I will say that I called the day before to make an appointment and the receptionist was not very nice. She sounded like she just woke up and it was noon. I requested Bin and she sighed like it was a hassle to write down three letters. However I came in for my appointment and had great service from Bin and the others. One last thing, another reason to love this place is that the equipment is always sanitized and taken out of the packaging.

I’ve given this place so many chances and I just continue to experience bad customer service. One girl Mimi I think is her name is the best there but I’ve had her twice and I don’t have any complaints about her she’s awesome. All the other times have been bad experiences. Today I went and got gel nails and the girl didn’t even put alcohol on my nails after she was done, she put lotion and that made the polish look matte, not shiny anymore. I went back to see if they could fix it and everyone just gave me attitude. This girl did my nails super fast too like she was in a hurry. I’m sorry I really wish I could say something positive but I’ve had so many bad experiences, I’m not coming back.

My experience this morning was decidedly meh. There is no mani/​pedi package so I got the basic manicure ($ 15) and organic pedicure ($ 45). I definitely do not feel like the service I received was worth $ 72 (with tip). My technician was very nice, but pretty rough. Before we started, I pointed out a blister caused by uncomfortable shoes, but she kept sanding it and pouring chemicals on it no matter how many times I asked her to stop. I’m missing a great deal of skin now, and that blister will take twice as long to heal. Also, the mani and pedi were not performed at the same time, so it took 1 hr and 45 minutes for both services. Including drying time, my service took 2 hours.
And about that drying… A place with these prices should not be too cheap to buy UV lamp dryers. I asked when I booked if they had UV dryers, and was told that they did. I certainly didn’t see any. They have tiny, worthless fans that do not really dry your nails. Even after sitting in front of those silly fans for 15 minutes, my mani was ruined right after I got in the car. This place is a ripoff. Giving two stars instead of one because my tech was very nice, the place seemed clean, and the pedicure (except for exacerbating my blister) was adequate.

Although there is a nice atmosphere here… that’s all you get. My last pedicure they didn’t include the foot skin care, hot towel wrap, or callous care. I was never offered a beverage and I felt rushed so they could get to the next client. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are much better nail salons nearby.
