By far the WORST steakhouse I have ever experienced. Been to many of this caliber, none of which were this disappointing. The steak was waaaaay too fatty. We ordered drinks when we sat down and they didn’t appear until after we were finished and I’ve had better service from Olive Garden.

Not«great» for the price. Steaks were good, but the sides were lacking. Beautiful room. Music was Disney Radio-ish. Our waiter was good.

Amazing!!! Our first time here and we loved it. Service is great and the food is amazing. The filet Mignon will melt in your mouth. The Mac and Cheese is great. The Flemings Potatoes are okay. Don’t think I would order again. But I would definitely come here again.

What a pleasure to dine here Saturday evening with our large group from Park West art gallery. The filets were delicious, of course. The wedge salad made me remember why these are so popular and I plan on serving these more often at home. The star of the show, though for us were the sides. The most wonder velvety creamed spinich and the Thai green beans were in a league of their own. Truffled mashed potatoes and warm bread were heavenly. The carrot cake was very moist and very flavorful. Wonderful evening. just wonderful

I took my boyfriend there for his 40th birthday. I got there before he did. By the time he got there, his drink was on the table, 3 people had already addressed him by his name and wished him happy birthday. Our dinner was amazing! The service was just as good. Upon leaving, they brought him a box of chocolates and a gift card for his next visit… Or I should say OUR next visit?!?

Don’t get me wrong it’s a good steak, but they’re a little to proud of their shit. Honestly not worth the price, you can get a steak just as good at plenty of other places for half what this establishment charges. On a positive note… if you do go… GET the macaroni and cheese, it’s the .

Made early reservations and arrived a little late. We were seated immediately but then told that we had to sit in the bar if we wanted to take advantage of happy hour specials. No problem, comfy booth was available. We ordered the mussels which were awesome! Chunks of sausage in the wine broth and a few roasted tomatoes. Served with some crispy toast. Large portion and absolutely delish. Still what stole the show was the lobster tempura!!! It’s 2 small lobster tails, each about 3 bites, served with the most incredible soy ginger dipping sauce I have ever had!!! Hubby dipped everything on the table in that sauce. If we had more time we may have ordered another one of those… It was that good. We WILL be back!!!

Missed at almost every mark… Service is extremely SLOW… I understand that food takes a while but 10 — 15 minutes to get a drink… our server would breeze by & only do one thing at a time(i.e. when she finally reappeared for our drink order she couldn’t take our appetizer order too… that was another 20 minute wait) After a 40 minute wait(from the time we sat down) our Chile Calamari was way too salty(the manager did take it off of our tab) & we could only eat about 3 or 4 pieces… another 40 minutes later & our food finally shows up… it was OKAY… which I wasn’t expecting from an upscale Steakhouse… the worst part is my wife planned this evening as a special night for us & we were both highly disappointed… for the money spent it is very not worth it

Celebrated my birthday at Flemings – what a great evening! We started with mussels, shrimp cocktail and crab cakes. The mussels were so good! The shrimp was large and firm and delish! I had fillet oscar style – the lump crab meat was large and sweet and the fillet was cooked perfectly. For dessert – crème brûlée – wow! Creamy vanilla under the perfect crunch with fresh fruit! Did I mention my birthday? I was presented a card signed by the staff when I was seated. My dessert had a candle but thankfully no singing. At the end of our meal the manager came over to check on the service and gave me a beautiful box of truffles and a gift card for $ 25, a very special and totally unexpected extra. The service through out the evening was also great. Our servers were attentive but not intrusive. She was knowledgeable about the wine and food menu. We enjoyed a leisurely dinner but always had what we needed. I would highly recommend Flemings for any special occasion or just when you are looking for the perfect evening.

For me this is the best steakhouse in San Antonio. Courteous staff, Excellent service, and the aged beef is the best. Huge wine list, Appetizers are creative and mouth watering. The management always comes by our table to visit for a few minutes and after only one visit they remember your name and favorite waiter. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience here. EXCEPT!!! I wish they would bring back the filet and lobster combo plate. OH, I almost forgot. To indulge, try that premium Martini with that luscious Vodka and stirred at table side. To die for.

This restaurant was, overall, excellent. I dined with my partner and her family, and so we got to sample a variety of dishes. The porkchop was the best that I have had since leaving Iowa 11 years ago, and certainly better than any that I know how to get in Boston. It was juicy, not tough, and the cider and mustard glaze was perfect, paired with the apple and jicama garnish. My partner has a restricted diet, which they accommodated eagerly and without hesitation. My only complaint was the baked potato side: a giant russet may be the right potato to serve«loaded,» but for somebody who is looking to enjoy a potato in its own right, eating an over-baked russet is like eating laundry starch. Soft, dry, and totally flavorless. Fleming’s would do well to either come down on the baking time, or use a different variety of potato.

I visited Fleming ’ s stake house for dinner on November 20th and happy hour on December 2 and here are my thoughts. Dinner on November 20th: Upon entering the restaurant and identifying our self to the hostess we were warmly greeted and escorted to our table. Well within 5 minutes our water and digital menus were at our table and soon there after our waiter introduced himself and was nothing short of spectacular. His knowledge of the menu and food preparation with wine paring were 1000% on point. Ask for him by name Richard Bundick. We started the evening with a perfectly cut carpaccio lightly slated and serve at perfect temperature paired with Cersius Cotes du Rhone. For the second course we ordered the petite filet mignon cooked to a medium perfection with the side of the Flemings potatoes. At the beginning of the evening we had planned on having for dessert the chocolate lava cake obviously, we never made it to the chocolate lava cake everything was just amazing and left no room for dessert. Throughout the evening has we ate our courses Richard continue bringing samples of multiple red wines to entertain in pairings. Notes on happy hour December 2nd: excellent atmosphere, carpaccio and happy hour with an outstanding cooked burger and fries perfection!!! Can’t go wrong. .

We went for happy hour and were impressed! Their happy hour menu features full-sized dishes for $ 6(like our favorite, the beef carpaccio). 5 of their wines and specialty cocktails are also $ 6, and their bacon burger(which was absolutely perfect) is $ 7. We had a really pleasant time for not much $$$$. We will definitely be back!

My buddy and I usually start off with the beef tenderloin carpaccio. It’s great light appetizer and the carpaccio always tastes really fresh. In contrast, we ordered the pork belly as our 2nd appetizer. The pork belly melts in your mouth, there’s a wine reduction sauce that compliments it so well. For the entrée I ordered the Prime Burger medium well with gruyère and bacon. Oh man. that was an amazing meal. I really enjoy the atmosphere, definitely more upscale. The servers are always attentive with my needs. It would be a great place to bring a hot date. P. S. come during happy hour, the prices are extremely reasonable!

One of my favorite happy hours. Special appetizers and drinks till 7 then another list of specials between 8 and 9. That’s the only bad part is there are no specials between 7 and 8. I recommend the Chardonnay on special. The filet and wine flight is amazing I pick the peppercorn sauce and it comes with mashed potatoes for 35 $. Ravioli appetizer is delicious, calamari is ok. Burrata was decent and the carpaccio is a go to. Bar area pretty busy might took about 20 min to get a booth in bar.

My husband and I made a last minute reservation to Flemings today. It was the first time we have been out of the house together in months. That being said, I ordered a Rioja from the menu with our server and he IDed me, no problem, but I left my wallet in the car(wish my husband offered to go get it). The server made a huge deal about it, but it’s no big deal… He then told us he will have to check with the manager if he can serve wine to «someone underage» accusing me of something I’m not? It was weird and I told him its no big deal I’ll have water. He then persisted that he can’t sell to someone underage while my husband ordered a beer with his military ID. I kept telling him it was ok!(But really, does someone underage order specifically a Rioja?) He made me feel uncomfortable for no reason! Anyways… I ordered the main filet Mignon and the hubby ordered the 20 oz prime rib. I also ordered two sides: Mac n Cheese and Mushrooms. My steak was incredibly overdone, I asked for medium and it was well done. Husband was also a little unhappy with his steak, it has so much fat on it that it was hard to eat. The sides on the other hand were absolutely delicious! That mac n cheese is TOODIEFOR. I will literally just order a plate of that next time. The service was impeccable other than the disappointment in the beginning. Our check ended up being around $ 150 and I don’t personally think this restaurant lives up to that value. Just my personal opinion but it did damper our night.

Celebrated Friday night with a few of my girlfriends at Fleming’s. They have been telling me how delicious the appetizers are, so I was excited to try it. I’ve had dinner at Fleming’s before, so I’ve never really thought of it as a happy hour place, but I’m glad we went. We shared the homemade burrata, which comes inside a bread roll with a small salad, sliced green apples, and candied almonds. By far the best I’ve ever had! Burrata was nice and warm and perfectly paired with the sides. We also had a chance to try the ravioli and calamari, which, let’s be honest, they didn’t compare to the burrata. The ravioli had little flavor and the calamari was really salty. Not my favorite. In terms of ambiance, if you’re looking for a happening place for happy hour, this isn’t it. However, if you’re wanting to spend quality time with your friends or your husband/wife during happy hour, this is a cozy and intimate place to go. Just make sure you get there early enough to get a booth!

Impeccable service, delectable food, lovely atmosphere! Our server, Tiffany, was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgable about the menu. I was desiring a French Malbec, which they did not have in stock. So, Tiffany brought over Christian, the Wine Manager. After listening to what I was looking for, he graciously offered a Malbec that was not listed on the menu. His recommendation was superb! Tiffany & Christian know how to make a patron feel like a valued guest! My husband & I were at Fleming’s celebrating his birthday. He ordered the 12 oz filet($ 48) and I ordered the Chef’s Selection(filet, duck, & pork dumplings)($ 60). The filets were cooked exactly to our liking, and the duck was incredible!!! I wish I could order a whole plate of just their duck. We also ordered a side of Fleming’s Potatoes($ 11.50) and the Choc Lava Cake($ 13.50) for dessert. All of the food was perfect, including their warm bread upon arrival. We finished off the evening receiving Birthday Truffles and a $ 25 gift card to return. My ONLY complaints: please bring back the Lamb and the Creamed Corn!
