My white rice was horrible, it smelled so nasty that I just throw away my food. Never again… I can’t believe they served that type of rice out to their paying customers

One of the more ghetto locations. There is always something wrong. For example, show up at 11am, doors still locked and you can see the employees find it amusing. They will turn off the open sign at night to avoid customers coming in. Even though I live closer to this one, I will go to the Huebner Oaks location to avoid ghettoness overload.

Not a bad place for quick Chinese. Looked at other reviews about Roxanne? No Roxanne here serving us so I guess that’s good. Customer service was not bad. The kids love the chow mien so it keeps me coming back

Worst Panda Express ever! We’ve been here 3 times. A woman named Roxanne was so rude! You could definitely tell that she hates her job and you!
And another Hispanic early 30’s man that is very opinionated! He told my friend that he doesn’t like curly hair. (She has curly hair). Who does that?
They’re always out of egg rolls and once they told me they don’t carry egg rolls. I had told them I’ll wait for a new batch…
I really don’t recommend this location at all. from what I’ve experienced they don’t care about customers and their restaurant.

The girl who works here Roxanne is a total c*nt. She has no customer service skills, like it’s your job to put the food on the plate, why do you look so annoyed?!?
Food tasted like it was cooked yesterday and none of the tables were clean.

Meh, is the word. I go only to satisfy my cravings for cheapo Chinese fast food. Don’t look for authenticity. Don’t expect great customer service.

I’m not gonna lie, I used to work here! But it’s awesome! Everyone here is really nice and they have AMAZING cooks! I’ve been to other Pandas and even when it’s fresh it doesn’t taste as good as the way these cooks make it. They’ve been working here for years and are pros at the recipes.
Also, you may not know this but this location is extremely clean not only in the dining area but in the back. They take a lot of pride and care in the store.
Just a tip though: if you want your food as fresh as possible, come during a lunch or dinner rush. This location is the slowest and smallest and your best bet for freshest food is when they’re busier. You won’t have to wait too long, it doesn’t get that busy.

For such a nice location the kitchen looks a little sketchy. It seems like everytime i show up the food trays are low and im stuck getting whats left until the new batch. Only thing i stop in for now is a serving of the chow mein, nothing else ever looks to appetizing

Clean location with fast service. Food was fresh and filling. Easy in and out of the shopping center also.
