Not so impressed with this location.
Visited there today for Black Friday, they were hardly busy at all. When to checkout with my two shirts, boots, and a belt, I asked if I could receive my military discount, they said not with their black Friday sales… Okay, fine. Checked out and went on my merry way.
WELL…when I got home and went to put on my new belt, guess what, the belt was not in the bag. Thankfully, I checked my receipt and I hadn’t been charged for the belt, but pretty irritated that I put it on the counter with the rest of my items I wanted to purchase, and the belt somehow didn’t make it.
Not cool.

This trip only provided a halfway decent selection of comfortable yet stylish shirts. I do have to admit Old Navy does have the market cornered in «vintage» T’s. Are you in need of a Coca-​Cola Classic or A Team shirt? You know exactly where to go.

Wonderfully clean, well laid out and easy to navigate. The prices? So totally can’t be beat.
Worst experience? A staff knocked on my door while I was changing.
Best experience? A check out staff honored my discount coupon code without back up.
Great prices, great parking, tidy and bright. They are all good here.

I love going in for their sales, especially on summer dresses. I’ve always had luck getting a nice airy summer cotton dress for the San Antonio heat. Plus I love getting the character licensed tees for my boys, there’s always a funny smart ass one to get for $ 5. The customer service reps were nice and helpful, they even gave my son a balloon and stickers! Made for a great shopping experience.
