Last night at 9:58 pm I went through the drive thru and ordered some food. When I got home I noticed they forgot my mashed potatoes. I went back at 11: 20 pm and they said they couldn’ t get the potatoes because the kitchen is closed. However, they are open till 1am. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I don’t understand how people can order food if the kitchen is closed. They are always either out of something I ordered or they don’t have what I ordered ready. I will go back in the morning and get my potatoes. That will be the last time I go to this KFC. NEEDS new management and respectful staff.

After visiting this place I am officially done with KFC. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old dirty grease.

Why every time I come up here in the drive thru I’m ready 2 order they gone say, «One moment please», but when I’m not ready they wanna rush me out the drive thru? It’s also a Taco Bell. 1 of few KFC/​Taco Bell Restaurants here in San Antonio where if u want chicken and another want fake tex mex this is the place. U have that wife/​husband or gf/​bf that want one thing and u want the other, I suggest this.
