Whataburger

Had a very good experience at this Whataburger. The Manager with a German accent was on top of her game and very professional. I wish all Whataburgers cared for their customers s much as this one. Thank you for wonderful experience.

Been here several times and every time there is one consistency… slowness. No matter if I went in or drive thu it always takes FOREVER! I don’t know who’s managing this place but they need some help.

Worse branch ever. Didn’t hardly have anything that was on the menu. Took over twenty minutes waiting outside for food. Never again.

This place has the absolute worst customer service! Not only was i not greeted i was left standing at the front counter for a while before anyone took my order. i had to ask if anyone was working the register, because everyone was standing around and talking, and eating and getting drinks… THE EMPLOYEES yes. There were at least 6 people just standing around behinf the counter, and nobody said a WORD to me as i stood there. they were more worried about themselves than the actual patrons. In fact, i saw the employees treating one another with 100%MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE than they were to the PAYING CUSTOMERS! they placed food orders, leaned over the counter and talked about their personal business. meanwhile, us patrons were standing there not being served. Insanity.
There were no eating utensils out in the bins, i had to ask for them.
I will say it was a clean establishment, but the poor service is enough to not come back.

Just finished 8 honorable years in the Navy that took me all over the world except anywhere that had a Whataburger! I can tell you the 1^st thing i did as soon as i drove in to Texas (my last duty station was in Cali) was get me some Whataburger (Water-​burger)! It taste like home… The number 2 with bacon and cheese please. Whataburger never leaves me hangin, being open 24/​7, and you wont find a better burger out there. Trust me i’ve looked all over the world.

Whataburger needs no review! It’s simply amazing!

I LOVE me some Whataburger — it was one of the staples of getting me thru grad school with all those late hours of studying!
24 hours of goodness but expect a wait — its worth it though — I’m at Whataburger up to 3 times a week!
I don’t dine in – and typically go through the drive thru.
Some of the nicest and friendliest people working at this location.

Best Chain the Southwest. I grew up on Whataburger and this location with out doubt never dissapoints me in what a WHATABURGER should taste like. If you’ve never been here you must be a Yankee. So go with the double meat double cheese with toasted buns on both sides. Or create you combination if you must.
This is usually one of the places I stop at when I’m in my home state. Oh yeah most whataburgers are open 24 Hours, drive through some have open interior 24 hours but those are usually in Corpus Christi
