DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMHERE! We bought an expensive watch and within 2 months it was broken. It was then sent for repair. Repair was suppose to give us an update but 3 months and no update! On top of that every time you call NOONEANSWERS! Finally found out that it will take another 8 weeks! And while Steph was on the phone I overheard her telling another coworker that I was just another complainer! If you are must be from Jared, GOTOANOTHERLOCATION!

I had the best experience at Jared this past weekend. My boyfriend had proposed to me on a Sat. night with a family heirloom and I was anxious to get it resized the next day. In fact, I was leaving on a flight the following day, so time was of the essence. Jared has jewelers onsite to resize and fix rings, so I knew I should go to them verses a jeweler that sends the jewelry offsite, which would’ve taken longer. I arrived around 12:30PM and they had my ring ready at 4PM, about an hour before I was to be at the airport! They sized it down from an 8 to a 4 ¾, and did a beautiful job. They made sure all the stones were secure after sizing the ring down so much, and cleaned it for me. It was a bit pricey, more than $ 130, but I was happy with the service and the end product. My now fiancé said because of the great customer service, we will likely go back there to buy our wedding rings. Big thanks to Dolly who helped us with the whole process.

There has consistently been very good service here. We bought our wedding rings here and we appreciate the friendly, quality customer service whenever we return. While we were recently in the St. Louis area for a few years we did not experience the same level of customer service at the Jared’s store we visited there. We are so happy to be back to this store again.

I visit the store once every 6 months for the warranty service on my earrings. Every time I have stepped into the store, I am met with friendly welcoming faces. I’m always surprised that they remember me and what brought me into the store the very first time, which was a job promotion. I have shopped at other jewelry stores. I have found that the staff here are knowledgeable without wasting your time giving you the same information that another well-known store uses for their infomercials. I know they make a big deal about«he» went to Jared, but I am a woman who buys her own jewelry, and I highly recommend«she» go to Jared.

I have to say, I had one of the best experiences EVER in this very store and it’s all because of Cheri. My beau and I are looking at engagement rings and we had a ton of questions. She was unbelievably informative and so kind to the both of us. She answered all of our questions and gave us her true knowledge and experience with different metals, etc. He has his grandfathers ring, which we thought about incorporating into a new band. She explained each and every way we could do it and the pros and cons to all. She must have spent an hour with us. We are both very inquisitive by nature and even within the 1st few minutes, she knew that I would most likely get my ring through a company they did not carry. I can’t even express how appreciative I was to gain the incredible knowledge that Cheri has. We did find a ring for him, and though we live in L.A., I can guarantee we will purchase it through her no matter what.
