It seemed that they were using propaganda with their food, there was a picture of what the food looks like and when they serve it to you it’s totally different. What seemed to be boneless were simply their chicken nuggets dipped in sauce.

This s location is awesome! Go early before the crowds and use a coupon from online. We had a blast there and I didn’t feel like it was crazy expensive. Everything was spotless and the staff was super friendly. This was a super positive experience on a whole!

Maybe not the best pizza in the world but the kids LOVE the place. Coming here as a kid always brought me joy and it brings my kids to that same happy place. Too bad their aren’t any animatronics anymore. I totally miss those creepy eyes that follow you from Fatz…(shudders). 80’s kids can relate.

Girl working the register is very rude. I was told by an employee to stand right by that register to pay for cotton candy. So I did. I guess the young lady didn’t like that idea. I figured that by her the tone and eye rolling. Her rude nasty behavior needs to go someplace else. CEC should know better to hire people like her.
I found the people working the floors were very helpful! Not with just my kids but so many others. All the team members had smiles. Well done team members!
Food items– came out tasting fresh. Great job kitchen crew!
Night time cleaning~ I’ve been in first thing in the morning. No excuse for tables to look so dirty. You pay your employees to work– not stand on the side of the building to smoke. Management needs to put their foot down.
I gave two stars~ such a low rating. However, I’ll be back next week. Let’s see if you could change the attitude of this young one.

This was the nicest Chuck E Cheese I’ve been to. The staff was nice, the place was very clean and the food was hot. I’m not really into pizza but it was pretty good. This is probably one of the better kids’ food places in San Antonio. Highly recommend.
