When you think of good food you definitely don’t think of Kentucky fried chicken. But this Kentucky fried chicken in West Valley on 35^th South has hit an all-​time low. Sadly there’s no really good fried chicken places in Utah so Kentucky fried chicken is about what you get I stopped in about a month and a half ago and they were updating their computers and their registers to the point where I was taking at least 15 minutes per order, and I just had to walk out. I came back this time to get a simple order and I was so disappointed with the food I ended up throwing it away. The biscuits always good, fluffy flavorful delicious what more can you ask for! Their popcorn chicken sadly was very greasy and not very crunchy. But my chicken pot pie was really sad… The crust was crisp like it’s been sitting in a warmer for three hours, and the chicken was so mushy.
When I dipped my fork into the pot pie I honestly couldn’t tell what was on my fork whether it was a cut a piece of potato or a piece of chicken.

I don’t know what KFC is thinking, there business is going downhill and we go in there today and they charged us 10.48 for a wing dinner!!! Used to be about 4.50, sad

Horrible Service. The lady in the drive thru told us we had to pull forward out of the timer and there was no one else behind us. Then, Waited 15+ minutes for our food.

Chicken was dry, like it’s been sitting in a warmer for 4 hrs or more. Potatoes okay, gravy was good. Cookie was soft. Dissatisfied with the chicken for sure though

I was hungry for potatoes an gravy. I was excited to see the $ 5.00 meal with chicken potatoes and a cookie. Great price and it was yummae!

Drive thru available, but because it’s on 3500 S it can be a little challenging getting out of the parking lot. Food is… well KFC, which could be really good but really unhealthy! There’s also a Taco Bell here. Service is really good and fast, they always have suggestions on how/​what to order according to their current coupons and specials. Good location!
