This place closed for «remodeling» for several months. It’s now called Beto’s.
Same food, same menu, same prices, same layout… no modeling actually got done that the customer can see. Literally using the same menu as Rancheritos.
Anyways, OK Mexican food. Affordable. A little too salty on the grilled chicken burrito I had.
This location is a little more chill (less busy) than the other Rancheritos down on Redwood north of the 209.

Good food at a great price. Catch them around 1 PM for lunch and it’s in and out service.

Rancherito’s is solid. It’s really good, authentic, Mexican fast food at a reasonable price. Their carne asade is fresh and delicious, without a lot of fat and gristle that you find in a lot of similar places.
Their shredded beef tacos, enchiladas, rice, beans and super nachos are also among my favorites.
Is it gourmet? No.
Is it fine dining? No.
Is the décor the nicest you’ve ever seen? No.
Does any of that matter? NO!
For what it is, this place is right on the money.
