At the last minute, we decided to meet a friend at the Olive Garden at dinner time. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and had no wait time, and immediately were taken to our table by the host. We were seated in a dining area with only a few other diners who were spread out across the room. It was very quiet and relaxing. Our Server, Brian, arrived promptly to say welcome us, and give us menus. He was professional but had a great personality. He took our drink and meal orders together because we were ready, and then promptly left to get our salad and breadsticks. Two of us ordered the Unlimited Soup, Salad and Breadsticks because we’d eaten another meal out for lunch earlier that day. Our friend ordered the Salmon with Broccoli. We ordered Chicken & Gnocchi Soup along with our salad and breadsticks. The salmon and broccoli dish was prepared perfectly. The Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks were excellent! The men ordered Water with lemon to drink. I was very thirsty due to the hot day and tried a Non-Alcoholic Strawberry-Passion Fruit Limonata, served in a tall glass, which was a blend of lemonade, sparkling water, strawberries and passion fruit, served with a fresh strawberry on the side of the rim, and a straw. I loved it! Our wait time for our meals was very short. We were too full to order dessert this trip. Brian was very attentive and made sure all our needs were met. Our three meals totaled $ 45.00 plus tip. We so enjoyed having Brian as our Server, and look forward to our next meal there! Be sure to ask for him when YOU visit! Thanks Olive Garden for an excellent and enjoyable dining experience!

Never ever had a bad meal here. Wait staff is wonderful!!! Hostesses always make you feel welcome and seem genuinely glad to see you! The food is always good. Salad is great! Breadsticks are so good — especially when they have just come out of the oven. And their current deal buy one take one home is wonderful. I love this place.

I love Olive Garden. This is a staple Italian chain across America so I received the usual dining experience and wait for Saturday night family dining. The prices were average. They never fail with breadsticks and fresh salad /dressing. Our server was okay… she seemed new and all over the place. I gave her a break, I know what it’s like to be a waitress in the past. So skipping that aspect, no other complaints. I realized lately that the cocktails are not as «alcoholic» as before. The quality has went down, you can’t taste the liquor in some and I felt it was iced or juiced down. So I suppose I’ll stick to straight up wines. Other than that, food like always was delicious. Ordered the famous Chicken Marsala and Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara. Quantity was ample as always. :)

Went for Sunday lunch while on our way home to NJ. Awful awful awful. Our waitress was rude and obviously hung over, the place smelled like BO, and everything, LITERALLY everything was a little bit dirty(i.e. The table, chairs, menu, little booklet for the check). No thank you. Gross.

I love Olive Garden and mainly for the Zuppa Toscana. I was pleased and full after one bowl– I am so disappointed in myself!!! I shouldn’t have eaten the breadsticks. Of course my cavatappi with 5 cheese marinara and chicken fritta was absolutely delicious. I am so happy and stuffed– I had to fall out my chair and roll on the floor to make it to the door. Our server, Brandon was friendly, very attentive and made us feel extremely welcomed. I will definitely be back with or without the book club.

Stopped in on April 28th. Just the usual experience. We were there at dinner time. Olive Garden has switched their menu around recently to keep things new. The food was average, the price was fair for what we received. Nothing out of the ordinary! Our server was sweet and attentive. No complaints! The service was fast. It was strange to order a cocktail from the bar and have it come out with no ice though! It wasn’t worth mentioning to the server since it was kind of obvious! I just scooped ice out of my water glass. TROUBLING?! At the end of the meal when we were leaving… it appeared most of the staff were at the host area so I found it strange no one spoke. But who knows perhaps they weren’t concerned about their departing guests. Only the incoming ones.

Poor experience, again staff to busy talking then seeing if the customers need anything. Service is slow… food was ok.

There was a strange smell throughout the lobby and dining area that reminded me of a rotten dishcloth. The bread sticks were not fresh and the tilapia with shrimp looked nothing like the menu.

What a joke. Olive Garden should be ashamed to serve the food they do. I ordered eggplant parm. It was tasteless and looked like breaded and fried paper — that’s how thin it was. Get your act together Olive Garden and stop serving inferior food. Wake up people

Angel our waitress was way nice and attentive, I wanted to upgrade her efficiency to that of Chinese waitress. Table was cleaned and water refilled throughout the meal. She was so friendly I thought it was Disney World. The small tasters were a treat, I had no idea olive garden now offered tapas style dishes which were perfect with the mojito. Just a fun meal. So unexpected given the prior reviews.

I usually really like eating at the olive garden. Since I am not from the area we went to dinner at this location for the first time tonight, and honestly the service was horrible. Our waitress was really not up to par tonight. She slammed our drinks on our table. She also took a long time getting our drink order out to us. An even longer time taking our meal order. And we waited a really long time for our appetizer and our main course. At one point she even handed my husbands drink over the wall instead of walking it to us. Then she took a long time bringing our check and bringing us a box for our leftovers. Then to make things even worse. She set her stand next to me when she cleared our table and started clearing other tables and scrapping the food from the plates right into the salad bowl in front of my face right next to me. I’ve never seen someone do that before. And I just thought it was completely rude. And we got no Andes chocolate at the end :(

It’s predictable, but in a good way. I feel very comfortable here and know I can expect a good meal, at a good price and leave ridiculously full and satisfied. More often than not, the service has been impeccable. I’ve come here many times for business lunches and normal lunch outings. They are very efficient and even though it seems like they took hours to prepare your lunch, you won’t spend ½ your lunch hour waiting to eat, or be served.

Places like Olive Garden are predictable for a satisfying meal because they have consistent standards and people that roam the countryside making certain all the Olive Gardens meet or exceed those standards. The food is consistent because there is no deviation on how to prepare a dish. And if a manager or general manager starts to slip because they’ve been around too long, they’re gone. And you can’t complain about their prices. Consistently good food, nice, clean restaurants, good service and all at a good price and you can’t miss at Olive Garden if Italian is screaming for you.

I know, I know… Everyone makes fun of Olive Garden… «It’s not real Italian food», yadda yadda yadda. Well, I enjoy it every now and again, and it’s actually better and more consistent than pretty much all of the other Italian restaurants in this town. So there! Nyah! My most recent trip was to enjoy the«Never Ending Pasta». I tried to keep it healthy by eating the whole wheat pasta(ha!). I’m glad they offer it. The sauces were good, but they did not put enough on the pasta, in my opinion. The meatballs I had with the pasta were awesome! The desserts have changed since I was last there. They no longer have the no-sugar-added chocolate lava cake with strawberries. I loved that… However, they have a really yummy-looking new chocolate cake there that Hubby and I were too full to try. Service is consistently good. There’s a sweet young man there who’s been doing door greeting for a few years. We did not see him at our last visit, however, so I’m not sure if he’s still around or not.
