Triad Property Management

I rented a house through Triad for years. During the time that I have rented through them, I always had an excellent experience with them. They are very professional and easy to work with. When I need repairs, work has always been completed as quickly as possible. I’ve rented through other property management companies and Triad has by far outranked them all. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been doing business with triad for 10 years already. I started out as a «renter». During that time, i never had an issue with triad. The owners always attended my concerns in a good professional matter and in a timely manner. Since then, i have aquired a couple of properties, and Triad has been managing them with no issues. They are always in communication with me in regards to my properties; And that is something i really appreciate because they not only provide a great service, but peace of mind.
No disrespect to the negative feedback « Unilocalers», but when you have something personal against someone because of different political views, please abstain from negative comments. The focus here is «service», and nothing else. The owners of Triad are successful
business people, and such success comes from providing a good quality service, period.

I have used this company to manage several of my properties and have been very happy with them. Whenever a family or friends needs a place to rent I always recommend them and have received nothing but good feedback. They have diligent and friendly staff.

Rented property from Triad for one year. Gave the proper thirty days notice. Returned the keys. Left the property in good condition. After about a month and several calls they finally called back saying we would only be receiving $ 44 from a $ 995 deposit. I found this to be unacceptable. I called Maria, the manager of Triad, and requested receipts to see what they were deducting. She never sent me the receipts, check, NOTHING! After sending a certified letter demanding she return our deposit she still did not respond. Every time I called the office they told me she was on break or out and would respond to my calls immediately. I never heard back. It took about 15 calls, a certified letter, and emails to finally get a call back from her. She claimed she never received the certified letter even though I have proof. Overall, they were one of the worst places I’ve ever rented from. Not only would they take forever to get back to you if something needed to be fixed but their office was always closing early or they had family emergencies. I don’t understand how they are still in business. If I was a homeowner I would not allow them to manage my property.
