Cheap, and easy to pay online. Manager Christina did well with response quickly, and dealt with complains as best as she could. Thanks Christina. However everything has to go though the corporate office. My main complain is the lack of air circulation on the bottom floor. With no balcony, cooking at home made our apartment uncomfortably hot. We would open the car lot door, fans on high, and opened all the windows, but then received complaints for the open door. I also requested a ceiling fan for Air Circulation. It was turned down due to the cost. Worst issue is when I moved out, we found GREENMOLD everywhere! We had to toss multiple belongings, furniture, and shoes. It was blamed on possible water damage as a cop-out. The mold was in the most random places. Closet, my dresser rim, furniture along the wall with no water nearby, and the door panels. Black mold is water damage, green mold is due to air circulation. We also had black mold on the outdated windows. I moved out in June, and really debated writing this review. However, my husband has asthma issues, and had breathing issues during our 13 month lease. Breathing in toxic mold is unsafe. HIGHLY recommend potential tenants not to live on the bottom floor. If you do, check your apartment bi-monthly for mold and have them professionally clean it up. I will include a picture.
