A big thumbs up to the new and improved store at 901 N. Main. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was helped by Victor, a professional, courteous and patient young sales associate. I wasn’t even there to buy a phone — He helped answer my questions and assisted me rapidly and with great information. Don’t believe those old reviews — –things have gotten 110% better. Odd how I’m waiting to pay a bill but the staff has time to chat amongst themselves instead of working! It’s great that they are having a good time at work but not when it involves the customers waiting! This store closes in 10 minutes and they have no sense of urgency to take my payment! I have better things to do with my time then to watch them socializing! I had enough time to read all the negative reviews this location has and I’m not the only one criticizing this location on BAD customer service! Obviously no one at T-Mobile cares about customer service!

I would give a negative 5 review if I could… this is based on the service at the location not T-Mobile company themselves. Absolutely horrible service. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and have had to visit local stores for one reason or another. The manager, name starts with an A, acts like she’s superior to you for I don’t know what reason. She can’t even pretend to act like she wants to be there and looks pissed ALL the time. She never makes eye contact with you as you’re talking to her and this last time, about 2 weeks ago, she actually tried to start an argument with me. Once she heard my totally valid points all she did was stand there and stare at her computer screen. I’m not one to make a scene or single someone out but that’s how bad it has gotten at this place. Plus, you can’t do anything at these stores but buy a phone and make payments. Everything else will get you a «we cant do that here, you have to call the 1 – 800 number» response. Soooo irritating! You’re better off going to the Northridge location. Its tiny and just as busy, if not more, but customer service is better.

I don’t genrally like leaving negative reviews but it really seems that once there is a line of customers half the reps disappear. What kind of management goes to lunch with a long ass line?

If i can give you no stars I would! Worse customer service on 11÷11÷13. The men or should I call them boys were down out rude and would help me even if I am the primary account holder. This is why i am slowly moving to another server,
