Pier 1 Imports

This is a very nice Pier 1 Imports Store. The clerks here are friendly and helpful. Today, my mom and I went shopping there. My mom bought a pot and the clerk offered to carry it out to our car. It was very much appreciated. It is little things like that customers remember. I am sure we will be coming back to this store again.
The store carries the usual Pier 1 Imports items such as furniture, jewelry, accessories and other items. During holidays, it carries gift items for the season. Around Christmas time, there are many ornaments from around the world that you can buy there. Right now, they have many Halloween items such as witch hats, masks, and more. The jewelry is unique global costume jewelry. There is some very nice jewelry but I wish they sold sterling silver jewelry as well.
In the 1990s, this store as well as many of the Pier 1 Imports carried clothing. Why they stopped selling clothing I do not know but I sort of miss it even though the clothing was mostly in small women sizes, being that I am a large woman I usually did not find much. But I still had fun looking at the clothing some with detailed embroidery on them.
Anyhow, the store has good sales. Apparently, when you sign up for their e-​newsletter, you can get coupons for future purchases.

Cons:
–miss the sterling silver jewelry and clothing that this store chain use to carry
–got to watch yourself esp. if you have children, lots of glass items in this store that can easily get broken

They have unique, moderately priced stuff… And lots of it!
