Yesterday I received two bald spots as a result of my haircut which the stylist hid and I was not aware of till my roommate pointed them out. I got my haircut at the salem location but was told after returning to complain that the stylist works at this location usually. She purposely did not show me my hairline in order to hide the two mistakes. I now have two bald spots on the back of my head as a result and the stores solution was to offer me half off my next haircut which I refused. I will never get my haircut at Supercuts again and am honestly amazed at the lack of unprofessionalism. The stylist name is Mikyla. I included pictures of the two bald spots.

Very slow, hour wait for only two people in front of me. Don’t know how to manage when people come in. When it was finally my turn the person cutting my hair left three times to register someone at the front. Not only that but for someone who was just getting a trim it was really upsetting that it took 35 minutes. Which is much longer than I would have liked.

Clearly calling in hours ahead to make a hair appointment is useless. Still had to wait in line.
