Came in and was given a GuestPass to wait. Another couple came in behind us and were seated, figured they must have had a reservation. Then three more couples came in over a twenty minute wait, none gave names and all we’re asked«Just two?» All were seated. Yeah, um hello? Are we sitting here hungry and waiting for fun? Never coming here again.

I still like going to this Longhorn but there have been some really sub-par visits lately that made me want to stop coming to this location and to just go to the one at the Mill’s instead since they’re both more or less equidistant from my house. Namely, the service has been spotty. One night I ordered a glass of wine and it took over 15 minutes for the server to bring it. By then, I didn’t really want it anymore as they brought out my salad and entrée(at the same time no less, wtf) and still no liquor? I don’t know if the bartender already went home or was out sick or what. Basically some kind of communication error or just lack of attention on the server’s part. Thankfully I haven’t really had that problem since that night so hoping it was just a one-off situation. But it is like night and day if you go to the Mill’s location vs. this one. Even the lighting is brighter and you can actually see what you’re eating. I know some people like the dim lighting but yeah… I dunno. Also — if you don’t like salty food, tell them to not add any seasoning to your steak/fish/whatever. Otherwise it is unbearably salty and basically inedible, for me at least. :(

Came in at eight o’clock on a Sunday night when they were open until ten and was surprised to be the only customers. Service was great. I had the eight ounce prime rib and it was delicious and cooked perfectly. I know from prior experience that I don’t like their Caesar salad so instead of salad I got loaded potato soup. The soup was good but it was a very small serving for having to pay extra to replace the salad with it. For my side I got mashed potatoes which were good. If you have room for dessert I would definitely recommend the chocolate lava cake with the vanilla bean ice cream. It is very good. I would eat here again.

Our experience wasn’t bad, but it was SLOW. We were there at lunch. They were NOT busy. It took them a really long time to even ask what we wanted to drink. Then, it took forever to get the bread. I ordered my steak medium rare and dining partner ordered medium, yet hers was more rare that mine, which is annoying. The food was good. No time for refills. Three people waiting on us and no one could bother until it was time to leave.

Food was just ok. Had the chicken with a stuffed Portobello mushroom and came with a brown mushroom gravy which I did not care for much. Wife had the risotto which was undercooked and lacked flavor. My kids steaks were perfectly cooked with good flavor. Service was so so which for whatever reason seems ti be the case the couple times a year we eat there. Not my favorite place but not horrible

Food– I ordered the under 500-calorie(very few options) sirloin and green beans. The steak, although juicy, had zero flavor. Very little, if any seasoning was used. The green beans were ok. The dish was so plain jane. There are so many things you can do to food and keep it healthy. I recommend Applebee’s light menu. The roma steak with tomatoes, potatoes, and a mushroom cap stuffed with cheesy artichokes were to die for! Service– Ok. This is where you loose stars here. First off– NOBODY smiled and looked happy. My server was rude and rushed. I was stared at by the older hostess while ordering my food, which made me uncomfortable. This place needs a big lesson in customer service. I won’t be back.

Not sure why this place is getting so much hate in MO. It’s one of the better steakhouse chains around. Consistently good no matter where I go. Outlaw rib eye is probably my favorite steak on their menu.

A good value steak house. Came with 3 others for a business meal and service was prompt and food was of a good quality. Loved the Bleu Ridge salad which was generous and fresh, then had Flo’s Filet which was tender and cooked to order. The seasoned fries went well and were not spicy. My colleagues had Salmon and the Ribeye — which all looked fresh and tasty. No complaints — a good quality meal at good price.

I have been here many times as my wife loves their Parmesan crusted chicken and doesn’t like anything from the other steakhouse chains. The food is always great. I end up with the filet every time and love it. Always cooked to perfection, med rare. The mashed taters are delicious and my wife likes the cinnamon apples. The salads are like any decent salad. The service can be hit or miss. I’ve had em wait on me with no empty glasses or waiting for anything. I’ve also had to wait 10 min to get my tea refilled or wait on the check. I understand some nights are busier and I don’t mind waiting on a box or check but don’t let a man get parched.

This is more about the experience than the food… The mac and cheese was great… steak done exactly as requested… asparagus was still crisp and buttery Whats amazing to me was the service… our waitress was fine… but the lady cleaning tables made a rude comment about my choice of sports attire… This was before we had even ordered… this actually kept me from ordering a drink… at this point it was more about just getting my wife’s steak out… Well towards the end of the meal… were all showing pictures of our dogs to each other and the other waitress not only again started in on my jersey… but then proceeded to tell me how she loves micheal vick… to a bunch or dog lovers… and the busboy joined in and even the manager came over and asked if i was from boston and made comments I seriously felt harassed even though I tried to play along, in another environment it might have not seemed out of place, but it was an unwelcomed experience to say the least Im jest or not… its inappropriate and unprofessional We actually bypassed our original destination to go here… Sadly all of this lead to a lower tip and a real chance i wont be back…

My tea was kept filled within a reasonable time. The guy server was nice & professional.(service was good) My steak was well cooked(med-rare). The problem was the steak was too chewy for being from a steakhouse. The salad was just iceberg lettuce based. My asparagus was made al dente.

This food is really good. Try the wild west shrimp appetizer. I would give more stars but the service hit or miss. I have learned to ask for Ayanna — 5 Star server, makes all the difference in my experience.
