Only because I had to give them one star. Otherwise it would have been zero stars! Called to place an order, first the person who answered the phone in their most professional voice says to me «what you want», I placed my order received a portion of my food. I called to tell them I was missing a Hot Braised Chicken and first the person who answered the phone said I didnt talk to her that I talked to a «man». Then as I said I didnt receive a portion of my food she says «I read your order back» I said yes and it was fine and you missed the 2nd order of Hot Braised Chicken and she put me on hold and continued to go off on me in her language and came back and againsaid I read the order back to you and I said fine I will not order from you again and hing up. I woyld have been more than happy to place the order again if SHE would have accepted the fact that she made a mistake. Guaranteed loss of customer in my family which is very disappointing.

We order from Emperor China a few times a month for the last two years. Always consistently delicious, only had an order incorrect one time. Friendly owners, dishes taste the same each time, and fairly quick delivery. I would definitely recommend this place, especially over 88 China.

Ordered 2 lunch specials and an app. for delivery 4.5 miles away. Food was hot at my door in less than 20 minutes despite it being 30 degrees outside! Orange chicken and Mongolian beef was fresh, delicious, seasoned well– not too heavy/​greasy. Excellent experience, will order again, highly recommended!

Best Chinese Food I’ve had in a long time! My wife and I live in Leawood, KS and were visiting family in St. Charles, MO. One night in our hotel room we were hungry for some Chinese food, so we decided to take our chances on this place. BOY WERE WE GLAD WE DID! Best Lo Mein, Fried Rice and Sesame Chicken I’ve had in years! Even the egg rolls were fantastic and usually egg rolls are just plain bland in my opinion. As far as the service goes I’m not sure what some people are talking about. The lady at the front counter was as nice as could be and they had our order ready way ahead of time. My only complaint… you guys have ruined my favorite Chinese Food joint in Kansas City. :) A+++++!!! We will definitely be seeing you guys again next time we are in town! Simply phenomenal!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Called to place a to go order. Once the order was placed she simply hung up. No wait time, total or anything. Waiting 45 min and called back. They said 15 more minutes. Waited 30 MORE minutes and called back again. They said 5 more minutes. After about 15 more min They said they would give me a refund because there drivers car broke down. They then offered to send another driver. Soooo we waited again for 30 more minutes and the food arrived. Driver has no receipt for me. AND the food is horrible. Tasteless and just plain nasty! Will never order again.

Pretty much what you’d expect from Chinese carrry-​out. I got the lunch special Hot Braised Chicken. I didn’t like how they mixed the fried rice with the chicken; the rice was basically hot sauce rice. Fortune cookie was stale. Seemed like nice people in there, though.

I have been using this restaurant for pick up for many years. The food is always ready very quickly and they always get the order correct. It is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Cave Springs area of St Charles.

Never had anything bad here. Best beef lo mein anywhere! Always helpful with special orders. The lunch and dinner specisls give you plenty of food for the money. By far the best Chinese around.

Been frequenting this restaurant for many, many years. My family believes it to be the best carry-​out Chinese in St.Peters. We’ve tried them all. (Ho’s comes in 2nd).
Agreeing with the other post, not particularly friendly, but the food is very good. And pretty quick. Never had delivery, though. Always pick-​up.
They will make an ingredient adjustment to suit our tastes; like leaving out mushrooms or using unbreaded chicken in a dish that usually has breaded chicken or pork.
Reasonably priced, and the lunch and dinner combos are a good deal.
Gets my recommendation!

Food is good, however they are messed up there. Their website offers the ability to order and pay online, which we did. However on the foods arrival, the driver tried to hit us up for the bill. We produced a paid receipt from their online site, yet they said we still needed to give our credit card number to them, which we refused. My husband spoke to the owner on the phone, explaining we had a receipt showing it was paid, but the driver then asked for the food back. We wouldn’t give the food back, unless they gave us the cash back, at which time the foolish driver attempted to enter our home to get the food. He quickly realized that wasn’t the smartest move and eventually left. If you pay online, keep your receipt handy!
