First time trying food here and I was not disappointed! Fresh, hot, and very tasty. The shrimp egg rolls are delicious. They have a distinct flavor I’ve never tasted in a egg roll. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

This is the best Chinese Food in St. Charles. We are from The Bay Area of California, where you can get the best Chinese food in pretty much all of America. This is just like the best NorCal Chinese restaurants. The food is delicious and the online ordering is great. The only thing I could think of that they could work on is the spices. The items marked spicy aren’t even spicy for my little ones. Other than that…5 stars!

Well apon entering they were all eating dinner. I felt like I was intruding on a family meal .
I asked for wonton soup and want to know if I could get extra wonton. Apparently this is too hard a question as the man at the desk looked at the ceiling saying,“Ah Ah Ah aah ‚” and then said that he didn’t know how to do that. done this at 20 plus different restaurants across America and Canada never had a problem .
Have yet to eat my food so we shall see, but as of right now not very hopeful..

Great delivery. Loving the live long vegetarian or long life vegetarian or whatever it’s called with garlic sauce. Steamed veggies and tofu. Perfect!

This is by far my favorite Chinese food in the area.
The only negative I can even think of, is that during super busy times, the delivery length can be up to an hour, but they always always apologize and it isn’t typical of their delivery times.
Their food is very very good. Always incredibly fresh and very hot. I love their Chicken Fried rice, their shrimp rolls are my absolute favorite. Crab Rangoon is always hot and fresh and incredibly creamy. I’m addicted to the steamed dumplings but also adore the fried dumplings. Love their Mongolian Beef, General Tso’s and really pretty much everything I have tried has been simply delicious.
I love their online ordering, so incredibly easy to use. I also love that for every $ 10 you spend, they give you a voucher which can be redeemed for free egg rolls (1 voucher), crab rangoon (2 vouchers), chinese donuts (3 vouchers), chicken wings (4 vouchers), steamed (5 vouchers) or fried (5 vouchers plus small upgrade charge) dumplings and even a free entrée when you save 10 of the vouchers. I feel like I am getting something back.
Overall my absolute favorite chinese. We order at least once a week!

Very good food! Never had a long wait but I have only ordered carryout so I can’t speak for delivery. They have a wonderful rewards voucher program where you collect vouchers from each order to redeem for free items on next orders.
As far as their online ordering, it is the best online restaurant ordering system I have ever used (apart pizza places). The online ordering system is very detailed and works perfectly every time that I have used it. I highly recommend ordering online.
The great tasting food, vouchers, and online ordering make this my goto Chinese food place!

Solid Chinese Food choice here. Always hot and flavorful, sometimes there’s a wait but I think that shows how popular the place is.
I’ve had the Kung Pao Chicken, General Tsos, Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef and Lo Mein Noodles. Always crispy chicken, savory sauces, never soggy food. Good sticky, flavorful rice. Crab Rangoon tastes like it has crab in it, maybe imitation, who knows.
Now my go-​to for Chinese food.

They’re typically very prompt in service and I love their pork lo mein as well as their chicken with orange peel. Their moo shu pork is great. I’ll be honest, the moo shu pork doesn’t look very appetizing, but it is delicious. My boyfriend and I are slowly working our way through their menu. Most of what is on their menu is not healthy, and it isn’t particularly close to authentic Chinese (as the majority of Chinese restaurants in the US don’t seem to have food anywhere close to resembling authentic Chinese food), but man, the food is good, cheap, and the service is pretty decent.
I typically order takeout from them over the phone. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them online. To be fair, I have only tried the online ordering for takeout once, but I don’t think they keep an eye on it as much because my food was lukewarm by the time it was received. It very well could have been that their driver got lost. The delivery person looked younger and I have never seen him before. This was the only slightly negative experience I have ever had from them. Their delivery staff are typically very prompt and professional. It’s a great place to order from if you’ve had a long day and you seriously don’t feel like cooking.
Another nice thing is you can earn free appetizers from them the more often you order from them, so hold onto those little yellow tickets they give you with your order if you get takeout!

First time ordering from them. The best part of the meal was the steamed dumplings, they do them better than any other delivery joint we have found. The worst part was anything we ordered that was fried (egg rolls, chicken wings, fried shrimp and won tons). It had that month old oil taste to it, and was over cooked. We’ll give them another try, but not impressed so far, other Chinese delivery places around don’t require a $ 35 minimum order (from my location) and just as good, if not better food.

Solid Chinese food choice. Picked this place based on the Unilocal reviews having just moved to the area.
The crab Rangoon actually had quite a bit of filling. Steaming dumplings and sauce were good. And the Moo Goo Gi Pan was flavorful and not lacking in meat. The large is definitely enough for 2 more meals at least. Not the best hot and sour soup I have ever had, but will order from here again for sure. Called in carry out was ready when promised.

Just wanted to update my review. 88 China has become my family’s «Friday night dinner choice» for the last few months. Our food arrives quick and hot. It’s consistent in terms of the quality and flavors.
I like their Kung Pao Chicken and love their Lo Mein. I always order a large Lo Mein so I can have some as a late night snack and the rest for breakfast. Their Crab Rangoon is tangy and sweet on the inside, and crispy on the outside — just like you’d want it.
As a few people have said, it can get pricey, but we like their customer loyalty system. We order online and have used their coupons for multiple items on a single order with no issue. Can’t complain about that!
The ordering system is a little confusing. If you pay with a card, they’ll bring an iPhone with a square to run the card when they get to your door. That threw me off the first time.
Otherwise, we’ve never had a negative experience.

Tried this place for the 1^st time and was very impressed. Not only was the food good, the restaurant was extremely clean and kept up well, not like most other Chinese restaurants.
They seem to have a wide variety so if you like trying new things, they should have you covered. The quality of the food was also very good. Their Egg Rolls were among the best I have ever tried. The other standout was their fried rice, also extremely good.
Being newer to St Charles, this will likely become my Chinese restaurant of choice.

This place is on the upper tier of Chinese choices in the area. I always get the steamed chicken with mixed vegetables. It is always hot and flavorful along with your choice of 4 sauces on the side. They also have a decent frequent customer rewards program. It is also very clean.
The only negative would be that it can tend to get a bit pricey especially if you are paying for more than just yourself.

Have not had a bad meal yet. Great for delivery and when you need a quick fix of Chinese food.

Simply the best Chinese takeout in the area. They have everything you could want and it all tastes just how you want it to. Great dumplings, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon. Best mushu I’ve ever had. They also give out vouchers with every $ 10 you spend that can be cashed in for apps and entrees. They’re our go-​to place.

Nice clean place. Friendly people and they serve the food up very fast. Good pork fried rice and sweet/​sour chicken. Egg roll not so great, but ok. Very good prices.

The orange chicken was more like orange soup. The crab ragoon was aweful, the garlic chicken was skimpy on chicken. wouldn’t recommend.
