Sun Control

Audi of St. Paul recommended Sun Control and I’m happy I took their advice. The job isn’t fully cured yet since it was just done today but in terms of overall customer experience it was overwhelmingly positive.
Todd was very responsive regarding scheduling via email. When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted in the reception area and clear expectations were set in terms of turnaround time, materials being used, confirmation if I had tinted other vehicles, etc.
I needed to wait for my vehicle and this was not an issue. There’s a clean — but small — customer lounge with wifi access and television. There are also fast food restaurants and a CVS within close walking distance. Anyhow, the office manager/​receptionist was friendly and checked in on me a couple of times and gave me a heads up when the job was close to done. Todd provided an overview of best practices at the end which was much appreciated.
Professional staff, clean and comfortable office if you need to wait, top shelf service/​tinting, and quality products. Look no further for your car tint and paint protection needs.

I had my cars windows tinted by Sub Control in St Paul and I am very please with not only the quality of the work performed, but the level of customer service I received from the staff, specifically Todd the manager.
I got my car done and got the back windows tinted darker than the front two windows, as most people do. However, once the work was completed, I realized I didn’t like the look of the two different tints. I explained my dissatisfaction to Todd and was told that they would do what was needed to ensure my satisfaction. I paid a little more, as it was no fault of theirs, but I have the tint I want without having to redo at full cost.

I had my windows tinted by Brian at Sun Control of Wisconsin Spring ‘11and he did a superb job. I have had Brian and Sun Control do the tint on 3 of my vehicles and my whole home. I referred family and friends and then have also referred friends and family; everyone has tint! It is so nice in the Summer keeping the car cool and no fading from the UV!
