I recently had 8 windows done by Welligton and it am beyond happy with the quality of the windows and very impressed with the crew that installed them. Of the eight windows done, four of them were a change in size which they assured me would be no problem. The crew showed up and took extensive measures to cover carpet and make sure the work site was kept neat and clean. They built a new knee wall, sheetrocked it, framed up the new-​size windows to a perfect fit and exactly what I wanted.
The crew was friendly and welcoming to my questions, and in my opinion went above and beyond in taking the time to get the job done right, exceeding expectations when it came time to clean up. Vacuuming, sweeping, doing a final walk through and made sure everything was perfect,
The sales process of the experience was pleasant. After meeting with four other big-​name window companies, Wellington was honest, straightforward and simple to work with. They set expectations for a timeline and met them, scheduling the installation quickly and within my schedule. I would absolutely recommend using Wellington. I have 8 more windows to be replaced and Wellinton will be the company i work with. Great product, great crew, very impressed.

We have had every window/​sliding door in our home replaced by Wellington over the years. They are amazing! They are beautiful, solidly constructed, no leaks or drafts or cracks no matter what the weather throws at them. And no more ice on the inside of the windows! Their installers are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The windows came with a lifetime guarentee, and altho we’ve only had a couple of small issues, the service people who have come out are on time, know what they’re doing, and fix whatever the problem is promptly at no charge. If you have to live in MN and put up with the winters, you need these windows.

My house needed gutters. We went with Wellington due to good reviews. Wellington employees (Dan the service manager and Sean a new employee) came to the house to make an estimate and to look at the house. Dan and Sean created a video indicating how badly our house needed gutters, as we did not have any. Due to the severity of the gutter issue, Dan said that he would get workers to the house next week by Tuesday. The day they came was a Wednesday. We paid Wellington on the spot as the Dan said that was protocol. Dan indicated that the perks of having a service manager come to the house was that he could make things happen.
Things did not happen. No one came by Tuesday of the next week to add gutters. And no one frankly came by the end of that week. No one called to let us know or schedule an appointment. In fact, my husband and I called Wellington multiple times, and finally after many calls, my husband was able to talk to someone. Wellington scheduled an appointment TWO WEEKS later than the date they originally set. And during those two weeks, it rained. Creating more water damage to our house that could have been prevented by gutters. Needless to say, my husband and I were very disappointed with Wellington’s lack of follow-​through and communication.
My husband and Wellington set up an agreement that we would receive a 10% discount due to the inconvenience. We still have not received reimbursement despite multiple calls to the company. It has now been 4 months that we have not received our discount. I am thinking that Wellington is a whole lot of talk with nothing to show for it.

I just had Wellington install a BUNCH of windows in my home. All shapes and sizes. They installed them on some VERY cold days… but I tell you, I can tell that my home is now warmer! The new windows will save me money on heating I’m sure. and Wellington was a class act the whole way. From sales to installation. I’d recommend them to anyone!
