Great winery tucked away in the hills of Saint Helena. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to visit through an app called Cellar Pass that provides quality events in the Napa Valley. Otherwise I would not have known about the Vineyard at all. The wine was fantastic, but the views and the property were breath taking. While we sipped on glasses of wine, we hung out in the sun and played bocce ball. I would definitely come back next year or recommend this location to anyone looking for a tucked away event location.

Not your typical winery experience and that’s a wonderful thing. Way up the hills and down some windy road you will find one of the best wine experiences you can have anywhere in the valley. There you will get to sit out on a amazing property and just enjoy the afternoon without all the crowds and tourists hosted by some of the nicest people you will ever meet. This was by far one of the nicest events and locations I have ever visited in the area. Perfect atmosphere, great host, wonderful new friends and plenty of wine to sample while chatting away the afternoon. In a way the pictures speak louder than words here, but I will tell you that you will not regret making an appointment here. This is really a special place and one that reminds me so much of the Vineyard I grew up on. Oh, and I haven’t even mentioned their wines! They have a very nice selection and a very special story to tell about their bottles which I’ll leave to them, but I’m going to tell you right now that you want to bee line it straight to that Cellar Scraps. So hit up CellarPass and make a reservation as soon as you can. You will love it!

Off the beaten path! This is by far the most beautiful winery I’ve attended and seen thus far from all the Unilocal Flight Club events teamed with CellarPass. It is a little bit hard to find and the road to this winery is long, narrow, and windy. First of all, wine tasting is by appointment only and parking is limited. The signs are not very big and obvious so you need to look carefully and follow the signs. Once you arrive at this vineyard, though, you will see why the drive was all worth it. The front of the winery displays an American flag. That should give you a hint of the theme of this family winery. The winery itself is literally a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We entered through the side and it led us to the patio. What an impressive setting with patriotic décor throughout and overlooking the vineyard and the lake. Sit and relax in the tasting room or out in the patio while enjoying sips of their Cabs and signature wines. During cold season guests can enjoy their wine by the warmth of fireplace. We sampled the Rose and Estate Cab. There is a specially designed bottle that was produced in honor of 9⁄11. Do ask one of the hosts, Donna or Tom, to enlighten you with the story of how it came to be. Whether you’re enjoying their fine wine or a game of bocce ball on their bocce court visitors will surely find this family vineyard peaceful and inviting. Here was how I captured our Unilocal Flight Club event at this beautiful winery… watch

This little gem is tucked away in the hills above St Helena. Be prepared for a fine wine. Everything about this place says quality. Donna and Tom always the consummate host made me feel at home. I loved the Rose. It is the Euro style non-sweet variety that goes well with any food. As you sit on the terrace and sip you wine, you might tease and play like you are in Provence enjoying life. They offer a fine Cab and a mélange. BYAPPOINTMENTONLY, this is worth the side trip. The wines speak for themselves. Ask about their special flag label. Interesting story indeed.
