Have had 2 G4 phones for less than one year. Within 2 months had to replace one phone. Was given a used phone– refurbished. They put litmus paper tab in these phones. If you are in a room with moisture it will turn red. I imagine every one of these phones show exposure to moisture since they are not sealed. But they use this crap against the customer. Then when you complain at the store they have you call Sprint customer service line who tells you the store makes the decision. Bad business and scam artists. This store and Sprint have no idea what customer service is and they activity cheat customers.

Upgraded two phones and added another line at this store. The sales experience was ok. When we received our first bill with the new phones it was a mess with charges we never authorized and were told would be waived.
The store signed us up for the protection plan at nearly $ 8 per phone per month. They never asked me if I wanted it and I would never have signed up for it. It took a half-​hour on the phone with Sprint customer service to get the plan cancelled and charges removed.
Then sale rep said that we only had to call Sprint customer service to get the $ 36 activation fee per phone refunded ($ 108 total for 3 phones). It took 2 half-​hour long phone calls with Sprint customer service, who said there is no activation fee refund program and hasn’t been for a long time, to reverse the charges. They only reversed the fees when I reminded them that I was in my 30 day cancelation window and could leave for another carrier.
In summary: don’t go here. They’re a bunch of scammers adding fees they hope you don’t notice and making promises they can’t fulfill.

This Sprint store has been a family favorite since the day they opened… about 8 years ago?! Knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, tailored service for all our needs. The customer service can’t be beat. We have 5 phones on our plan, everyone of us is happy with our service. We live very close to Lake Saint Clair, a lot of other cell phone companies have issues around here with no service, we have no problems at all. We like to travel and go up north quite a bit and take the unknown roads, we have yet to encounter any problems with service in the backwoods up north Michigan. Even in a kayak, in the middle of every lake we have been in so far (in Michigan), we have had service!
